Domino’s Pizza

Avoid this dominoes location at all costs! They have some major issues and do not deserve your business. They overcook or under-​cook their food at an unpleasantly high rate. They send out doughy pan pizzas, and burnt hand tossed pizzas. One time I ordered their brownies and they sent them out completely charred, I called in and after speaking to the manager, they reluctantly agreed to remake them. They sent out the new brownies, and guess what, they were completely charred again! Totally burnt black and inedible. I’m not talking partially burnt around the edges, I’m saying completely charred on the entire bottom and all the way up through the middle of the cookie brownie. I couldn’t believe they messed up such a simple task two times in a row. When I called in to try to get compensation, they acted as though they were in disbelief and did not want to compensate me (even though I showed how burnt they were to the new delivery driver). They finally sent the third order and when it arrived, the delivery driver blatantly gave me a message from the manager saying that they would not compensate any future orders if there should ever be a problem again. Laughable! Absolute horrendous service, avoid.

Some of their employees need to work on their costumer service. They got our order right but it was more than twenty minutes after time they said it would be ready. They gave us a free soda for the wait. Other then that they are good.

If I could give them zero stars I would. It took over an hour and a half to receive my takeout order, which was made incorrectly. Even though my order was wrong, they refused to compensate with remaking my order or providing something extra. The staff was unhelpful and kept passing me from person to person over the phone. The food was fine but definitely not worth the wait and hassle

Totally pathetic, totally SLOW, and the manager is rude and unhelpful. Waited over an hour for 8 piece wings. Delivery tracker says it’s been delivered. Called to tell them it HAS NOT been delivered and she says after an hour the computer just says it’s been delivered even if it hasn’t! I said I been waiting over an hour and the manager tells me, oh well i guess it will be there when it gets there. PATHETIC! The pizza sucks horribly and now I’ll never order wings from here again! Horrible! Don’t spend here, they don’t deserve it!

12÷7÷2015 — I tried them, despite having not eaten at a Dominoes in over 20 years, and I remember why I don’t like this pizza. I had the thin and crunchy crust pizza. It was Okay, but the service was poor. While waiting at the front counter, I was aware of some problems the staff was having with an order. I heard impolite comments about «this» particular phone-​in customer. Okay, some customers are a pain, but don’t let good customers know about it. Tacky is all I can say. 4÷28÷2016: Never contacted by the local store. I guess they don’t give a hoot; whatever! I won’t be back here. If you like Dominoes, well that’s nice. I have no like for this location or the product they sell.

They have an awesome philly cheesesteak pizza! Worth every penny.

Food was good and made correctly. I ordered online and the app. told me it was done and ready for pickup. I got there and guy told me it wasn’t done yet. Waited over 10 minutes. And then it was sitting there on the counter the whole time. Never experienced this before.

I called twice and was placed on hold for 15 minutes each time. I understand that i was calling at 12:15 on a Tuesday and get that they may have been busy with lunch. When I called back the third time, I asked for a manager and they did not respond and just hung up on me. I called back and just got a busy signal from then on. I have ordered my Pizza online and will be picking it up shortly from this location. The service is terrible. If they were so busy, why leave a customer on hold for 15 minutes at a time. Bad management and bad service.

The employees here are rude as hell, completely unprofessional and not helpful whatsoever. I will never go to this place again, nor will I recommend it to anyone. In fact, I’ll be recommending that people stay as far away from here as they can. Save your money and spend it somewhere better.

Very good dominos. The pizzas were fresh and amply topped. The delivery was quick and nice staff

I usually go to the east dominos but we were at this end of town so I ordered from here, it was horrible, my pizza looked like it was dropped and the driver, who was a tall bigger guy was soooo rude at the door, I couldn’t believe it.

These guys make all my Pizzas how I want them. I’m pretty much an online ordering regular.
MAKE SURE TO ASK FOR EXTRA SAUCE! Makes a huge difference!

Sadly, Domino’s is going downhill again. It’s never consistent and sometimes, the pizza’s aren’t cooked enough and super doughy and to me, the flavor is going downhill too. Just doesn’t taste the same as it used to. Hopefully, they get it back to how they used to be.

I will not be coming back to this location I ordered to medium pizzas they were delivered and when I took the first bite the dough was completely RAW. We call to tell them and all the lady said was I could give partial credit. I was not happy and the snotty attitude she gave me did not help so I told her I did not want a credit I want my money back because our pizza was not edible at all she told me no so I told okay fine I’ll see you in a few mins. I went to the location with my raw pizzas and asked to speak with the same woman she came out from hiding 10 minutes later and wouldn’t even look me in the eyes. I asked again for my money back and she said no so I opened the boxes and with my bare hands tore that pizza apart to show her what the issue was it was pure dough. She tried to argue the point that because it was a thicker crust that that’s how they are. She is full of it I have had this type of crust before and was not raw at all. In the end I got my money back because I was not leaving without it. The east hemet location has me as a customer from now on.

I really like their new mobile app. Makes ordering easy and I can see the process of making my order. This way I can time picking up the food just in time. Great time saver. The food and service have been great. We order a couple times a month and have been happy every time
