Tonight we came in to use our little coupon we got in the mail a 14 pc chicken family meal deal with 3 large sides and 6 biscuits for 24.99 but when we got there we forgot the coupon but the manager Abigail Depuydt was kind enough to give us the deal still. I believe the cashier and servers name was Reymond and he was very nice I could tell he was new at working at Kfc but he was very professional and made sure we had a good experience. The food was hot and met the Expectations of it being KFC food. The only thing I didnt like seeing was the dirty toilet in the womens restroom. It was definitly unsanitary and an eye sore. Along with finger prints even on the front counter and on the screen of the cash register was full of handprint marks. With the amount of people working there and it not being a full house what so ever any day of the week they always have time to check the dining area and carryout area along with the restrooms to make sure everything is sanitary and presentable. Other than that I had a great time here with my family. I just ate too much and was way too full haha

Food was great, like always.. But we now pass this one and go to the west end one. Why?. they had their tea or on tables, from customers filling up their cups there was tea all over the floor, no wet floor sign.. You could tell it had been there so long parts were dry and sticky footprints ran throughout the place. We ignored that and sat down anyway. Then we filled up with Pepsi.. Let me tell you, I’ve worked fast food. I don’t think they cleaned their soda machine, EVER! It tasted so bad I thought I had a dirty cup, changed it and nope! Soda machine was the reason. Not big issues, but workers need some training and discipline.

Let’s talk CHICKEN!!! I don’t eat a lot of fast food these days &, yes… KFC is considered FF. Even with that being the case, it has to be some of the best chicken on the market. Probably because they’ve been around FOREVER& really know how to make it purrfect. This location is the only one I’ve tried in the Inland Empire, so I really can’t compare it to any of the others, but here’s my 2 cents worth. 1 — I always go through the drive thru. I don’t believe I’ve ever seen the parking lot crazy full, but I’m not a huge people person so let’s stay in the car & make it easy for all of us. :O) 2 — There is always a coupon or two in my wallet for the visit. Making for a very inexpensive meal. They are never really planned, it’s just that I’ve been running errands or getting my nails done(Hello Cutting Edge) & their they are. And… how can you NOT stop, after getting a whiff of that mouth-watering aroma coming from the area? OHMY!!! 3 — Customer Service is ‘almost’ always spot on. My favorite is Olivia because she always seems to be upbeat & smiling. The almost is because I have had a couple of occasions when I haven’t been able to completely understand what someone is saying, so that may make it a bit difficult, but normally cleared up at the window. 4 — The chicken is ‘almost’ always done to perfection. Xtra crispy skin, tender moist meat & the sides are yummy for the tummy. I normally get mashed taters & cole slaw, but there is a rare change up with Mac n Cheese when I’m feeling really naughty & want something gooey & rich. 5 — Complaint wise & the reason for a 4 rating, instead of 5: a — I’ve placed an order that included a chocolate chip cookie & it hasn’t been in the bag. This has happened 3 times & has been extremely disappointing. You know… you have your mouth set on a bite of sweet for finishing off your meal &BAM! it’s not there. Color me: o(… b — The last time I was there(a couple of days ago), I’m pretty sure the chicken had been sitting under a heat lamp for a considerable amount of time. It was suppose to be xtra crispy, but I had to take a paper towel to it to mop up the oil & the consistency of the skin was more original style, plus the meat was pretty dry. Also one of those days when I didn’t get that blasted cookie I was looking forward to. GRRR!!!(hee) Overall, this is my favorite place to run thru for a quick meal. The location is a bit sticky because it’s on Florida, which is a nightmare all of it’s own. I think you take your life in your own hands anytime you are driving it. Getting into & out of the driveways is a bit stressful because of all the traffic. You really have to time the lights just right or your liable to be stuck waiting for a break in the flow of cars. But… moments like these are meant to be enjoyed. So, just take a deep breath & stomp on the gas the minute you get the chance! Just make sure you’re careful when your leaving the drive-thru window. If you go out of the drive way too fast you may leave your bumper behind. What a pickle that would be & one wasn’t even included in the meal. A pickle that is…

I ordered a pot pie and took it home. I was very hungry and in a great mood to eat the pie. Unfortunately I was not satisfied because it lacked chicken meat and was not worth my money. So I went back to KFC to make a complain about the pie and asked for a refund or another one with a plenty of meat in it. They said they can’t refund me or give me another one because I must return it with 85% left in the pie. I was hungry and I just kept on eating hoping that I get some meat but came up empty handed. They refused to do anything about it. It seems customer’s satisfaction is not their priority.

If you’re going to KFC in the Hemet/San Jacinto area, DEFINITELY make an effort to go to this one. If you’re not near it, it’s worth the drive. Even though both of the locations in the area are owned by Polly’s Pies, this one is definitely better. To that end, I really wish they would actually carry the full menu that KFC offers. I get they’re trying to do something with their menu options, but it kinda sucks. Pretty much, you have to drive out of town if you want to have anything besides the classic KFC experience. With regards to the food, it’s always been top notch. Employees are pretty decent, but the food is really good. They definitely adhere to the KFC experience and classic taste.

On my recent visit I ordered the Barbecue Chicken Sand-which meal and after eating this I had serious questions was I really in KFC and was this in reality a chicken sandwich. It was super tasty, super spicy, I was left licking my fingers. Awesome

This is your typical KFC. The drive thru tends to get pretty backed-up at peak times and the service can be pretty slow. The staff is relatively courteous now, much more so than they used to be. The food is exactly what you would expect. Be sure to know what you want before you pull up to the speaker box because the menu is a little hard to decipher.

Kentucky Fried Chicken is comfort food, at its best. I have fond memories from childhood of eating Kentucky Fried Chicken when I lived in San Jose, CA. When my mother didn’t feel like cooking, we would drive out to our local KFC and order a big bucket of chicken! It was a real treat, when this happened. I loved KFC then, and I still do now. I have never eaten better chicken, anywhere. Granted, I’m sure there may be something better out there, but I haven’t experienced it yet. I think the colonel really did give something extraordinary to the world! As a chain, the taste of KFC chicken seemed to go through a bad period in the late 90s and early 2000s, but sometime in the last 4 years it got better again. To me, it now tastes much like it did in the 70s. Aside from the chicken, I particularly enjoy KFC’s cole-slaw. I have never tasted better cole-slaw anywhere, restaurant or home-made. Their potato wedges, when fresh, are fabulous. They have a unique, almost nutty flavor to them. Now — on to the the East Hemet Kentucky Fried Chicken. This location has its off days, but the food served here is usually good. The staff are friendly, and service is usually quick. I usually drive through, and I don’t often have to wait more than 5 minutes to receive my order. I was recently happy to see this location now serving crispy chicken strips again. A year or so ago, they started serving«original style» chicken strips, small, thin, anemic looking things. I really didn’t care for them. I’m glad to see their chicken strips are moist, large and plump again! Finally, I’d like to comment on the health issue. I won’t argue against anyone claiming their chicken is unhealthy. Eating KFC chicken everyday is probably not a good idea, but that’s not the point. Kentucky Fried Chicken is meant to be eaten as comfort food — a treat. I say, let it remain unhealthy! Fast Food has gotten a lot of bad press of late, and I think some of this is undeserved. No one is forcing anyone to eat fast food. It’s there for a purpose — to provide an enjoyable food experience. To me, forcing KFC to make their food ‘healthier’ defeats the purpose. Part of life(at least mine) is the enjoyment of good food, and KFC provides exceptionally great tasting food.
