Juan Pollo

Got a jumbo meal for a small birthday party. It was more than enough food for a great price. The girl at the counter was really sweet and very good at customer service. She helped me with what I needed for the party and make sure everything was good to go. Their service is very fast and their food is delicious. It looks like a little hole in the wall but those are the best places to eat! (Score extra points for it being a st away from my house) the beans are a little bland and the mild salsa is just tomato but their potato salad and chicken make up for all that

Ok there is good and bad…
The place inside needs a serious makeover and get more serious about having a business… AND they need to put their lil neglected eye sore of a little freezer in the back and not keep it in the front!
They have a little glassed door freezer in the sitting area with 2 little random bags of corn right where the customers sit and also walk in and order and they had seriously just 2 popsicles in it. Haha its kind of ridiculous that they think its okay to have such eyesores for customers to see. They need to either keep their popsicles stocked up if thats what its for and get that corn out of there or. just put in the back. They also have little knick knacks all over, reminds me of a horders house or a lonely cat ladies house. They also feature broken little candy and sticker machines. Yes i tried buying a sticker and it ate my money and I did not get the sticker. Another bad thing about this place is the chicken tastes kind of wild and funky.
On the more positive note…
I love the potato salad and the hot pico de gallo style salsa.
We got a 2 whole chicken meal that came with salsa and tortillas for $ 14.00.
The chicken does taste kind of weird and wild, its soft but tastes overcooked at the same time. I mean its okay but not amazing. Not a very nice place to eat inside the resteraunt… I take it to go.

This place is filthy!!! The staff is rude. The cook threw a bag of tortillas across the counter when the counter girl said she needed them to fulfill my order, real professional!!! The floor has trash all over it and tables were dirty! They also do not honor ‘Juan Pollo Chicken” coupons. This place sucks!!!

El pollo loco has always been a favorite and when i moved to hemet there wasn’t one close to my house. I decided to give this place a try and was very pleased. I loved that they had potato salad since el pollo loco stopped carrying it many years ago. I’m torn between which resteraunt i enjoy more now. Try for yourself and let me know your vote :-)

The hot salsa is good, so is their potato salad, but the rice is skimpy, barely any chicken. I’ve had better at other Juan Pollos. Chicken is decent.

Placed a to go order and went in to pick it up. Place was very dirty, it smelled as if the bathroom wasn’t working properly, and there were flies everywhere. Needless to say I lost my urge for lunch. This place has gone down hill and they need to get it cleaned up or close. Try Juan’s Roto Chicken at Esplanade and Sanderson instead if you like a clean joint.

I went in there about 40 minutes to close and I must say I was pleasantly surprised that they keep Fresh Chicken till the end, I love there rice and potato salad. Pricing is reasonable and portions are perfect. The only thing they need to improve on is the look of the place. It looks very old and rundown. But don’t let that fool you I almost left because I thought the chicken might be dry and sides cold, but every things was fresh, tasty and hot. The girl that helped me was very nice and answered all my questions and that’s why I stayed in the first place and the food just convinced me.
Will definitely buy food there again.

I love the flavor of their rotisserie chicken. Love the potato salad too. Too bad no drive thru.

This is always an easy lunch or dinner choice for me since I love juicy rotisserie chicken. The food is always hot and fresh and this location has consistently good service. I could order a small family pack any day that comes with a whole chicken, choice of flour or corn tortillas, beans, rice, A-​MAZING homemeade potato salad (could you tell this is my favorite side dish from them?) and fresh salsa… my favorite is the hot salsa. When I am lunching alone, I just order a chicken burrito that is good for 2 – 3 meals for me and comes with a small potato salad and salsa. I also love that they have my favorite Mexican drinks-​tamarindo, jamaica, and piña colada. This is a franchise so the menu is the same at all locations. My only complaints would be that the rice is a bit bland and unremarkable, they really don’t give enough salsa and will charge if you request extra… so usually I just take my meal home and use my own supply of salsa.

I was soooo happy when Patty and company came to Hemet!!! As a teenager we use to pile up in a car and head out to the Euclid Blvd store in Ontario, it was sooo much fun and the chicken and potato salad were scrumptious. When I moved to Hemet I had to make due with El Pollo Loco, NOT the same. Fast service, great food, GREAT specials, huge portions, and friendly staff!!! NUMMERS

We had Juan Pollo of Hemet cater a party for 70 people. They delivered the food right on time as promised. Everyone loved the meal and asked where it was from. I definitely recommend them to everyone. They’re prices are very reasonable and they have friendly staff working for them. Go Juan Pollo of Hemet! Thanks again!

Good for the price. Juan Pollo never disappoints! I ordered the lunch special today. It included 2 chicken breasts, beans, rice and potato salad. The food was fresh and served quickly.
Great place to go and get a quick bite.

The worst chicken I ever ate. Very dry and seemed like it had been sitting for a long time. The chickens used were not fresh. Beans were way over salted. The 2 stars are for the potato salad which I liked, but my husband didn’t. We won’t be back.

I enjoy the Tuesday special… TWO chickens for $ 12!!! It comes with salsa and tortillas. I debone the chicken when I get home, use 1 to make chicken salad using their HOT salsa and mayo. Also add garlic powder and some Adobo seasoning… then I have chicken salad for a couple of days!!! The other chicken, I put in double freezer bags and defrost in the fridge the night before if I want chicken salad or to make chicken vegetable soup!!! The rotisserie chicken is super tasty as I believe the marinate it for at least 12 hours before cooking!!! Totally recommend…

Best chicken ever

Not the cutest place to eat by far, but if you do take out you will be so happy. They have THE BEST potato salad that I have ever tasted. Love me some Juan Pollo!!!

Juan Pollo has great tasting chicken, potato salad, and bean and cheese burritos. They have good customer service and are very friendly.
The bean and cheese burritos are very big and you can actually share with someone, but i’ve noticed that the size is never consistent. I suppose it depends on who’s making it.
Anyways i love Juan Pollo
