I ordered flowers from here for my mother in laws birthday. I thought I was ordering through FTD as that’s what their web site shows. I accidentally used the wrong address and the flowers were delivered to an empty house that is for sale. Someone apparently took the flowers that lives nearby. I called and spoke with the owner who said that it was unfortunate, and offered no apology or solution. I would have at the very least expected an apology and a discount to replace the lost order. Very disappointed with this outcome.

I’m very disgusted by the lack of service and trashy flowers delivered to my mom for Mother’s Day — I purchased a beautiful arraignment off the web site (paid extra for BEST) and my mom got nothing that the website promised. I gave them ample of opportunity to make it right and the owner not only called my mom and asked her to render the flowers since I was not happy with the flowers but when I called him after he sent his driver to pick them up had the nerve to tell me the flowers were beautiful and that I would get a refund when he got around to it. I told him I would be placing a review on Unilocal and be calling the BBB and his response was «we don’t need customers like you »

Worst flower shop I’ve ever come across! The lady I spoke with on the phone was so rude. I went to their website and found a bouquet that I liked. I called them to see if they had that bouquet, and the lady I spoke with first of all had no idea what i was talking about. She had no clue of any of their products that «they carry.» Then when i told her I would place my order online she kept stating she wanted my credit card information over the phone. When i told her i wasnt willing to do that she told me to go somewhere else and hung up in my face! She sounded drunk and disoriented and i will NEVER contact this place again, nor will I ever refer anyone here!

These people are so rude. I went in there because I am planning my wedding, and they were sooo condescending. Seems bad for business when I am going in there looking to spend a bunch of money for my flowers at my wedding.
I have since learned their niche is funerals. If that’s the way they treat people who are morning, God help them.

I live out of town needed a florist in Hemet. My sister highly recommended ELITE FLOWERS. I called them this morning and just shared what my husband and I wanted to honor the memory of his friend!
Not only did they have EXACTLY what we had wanted they went out of their way to accommodate us! GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALIVE AND WELL AT ELITE FLORIST IN HEMET, CALIF.
