I’ve been getting my hair cut by Randy (the owner) at Capital Hill Barber Shop for almost 20 years and I’ve always been pleased with the results. You don’t keep going back unless you’re getting the best. Few barbers in town will give you the straight razor with hot shaving cream but Randy still does, if you ask. I highly recommend.
