This place could afford a little customer service training. I came in with two other people and we all left disappointed. Trust me, I wasn’t looking for a five star spa experience, but this was terrible.

I love going to Luxury Nails. The technicians are super friendly and fun to engage in conversation. I go with a group of friends for pedicures and we have a super great time. I was just there Sunday and it was as good as ever! It is a great value.

Hands down the worst manicure I’ve ever had. The guy clearly was in a rush. The entire process took approximately 12 minutes, and after he finished the polish, I was so shocked at the lack of detail, I had to ask for the massage portion. As you can probably imagine, a hand/​arm massage with wet nails is less than ideal. Bottom line, I paid $ 18 (minus tip) for a job that I could have easily done myself. Save your money or go elsewhere!
