We ordered flowers here for my mom because of the great reviews but we’re not pleased. The arrangement was very large and pricey and all the flowers died within three days.

Bonnie is the coolest person to work with. The flowers for my daughter’s wedding were just stunning. She really got the look and feel we were trying to achieve, and her suggestions helped us out a lot and made so much sense. She did everything the way we agreed and was easy to work with. I highly recommend her to anyone planning a wedding.

My company has a volunteer month, and some of us folks landed here to do some arrangements for the Sonoma Humane Society. Pam led out group on how to make some the arrangement, and help out throughout to make sure we were on track. Pam was so lively! she made us feel at ease and danced around as well, so there was no pressure of trying to be prefect in our arrangements.
Overall it was a great afternoon, and it was very relaxing to the point where I would like to take a class.

Dragonfly did an arrangement for a Memorial Service recently for a family member. When I called to their attention that the card on the bouquet had a misspelled name and was not what was requested they were good enough to give me a significant refund, certainly more than I would have requested. They did a good thing for me and made an ethical business decision. Thank you, Dragonfly. You are the only florist I will use in Healdsburg.

Bonnie did an incredible job for my October wedding at Barndiva. She was flexible and receptive and executed what I wanted to a tee. It’s so difficult to imagine how everything will come together after all your planning and hard work, and I was beyond wowed when I walked into our reception area to see Bonnie’s floral arrangements. The best part is that Bonnie knows her stuff — there was no need for me to micromanage or be over-​involved, which is a huge asset to a stressed-​out bride. Thanks for the beautiful work, Bonnie!

They put together a beautiful wreath for me, and the entire team there was wonderfully warm when I visited. Such a gem, and what a warm welcoming to this town! I already have my Winter Wreath on order!

My daughter was married last weekend at a winery and Dragonfly did all the flowers. My daughter and I picked Dragonfly from the wineries list of florists because we loved the name. Dragonfly is a family farm, and we met Bonnie outside on a picnic bench. She understood exactly what my daughter wanted and didn’t want (probably better than I did). The flowers were gorgeous: pale pinks, whites, some succulents, Dusty Miller and all in wooden containers. The huge arrangements placed on wine barrels during the ceremony were exquisite. The bouquets were beautiful and my daughter is preserving hers. I wish I had taken more arrangements home with me. Everything about Dragobfly felt organic and personal. I would recommend them to anyone.

Bonnie did an amazing job! We were referred to her by BarnDiva and she made the process very simple and easy going from the start. She was so laid back about all the details and seems to really do best when you let her use her own creativity. We talked to her loosely about our vision and gave her some ideas on pinterest and she ran with it and captured exactly what we wanted for the event. Considering everything she did and the fact that the flowers were all local and grown just 5 minutes from the venue I thought her prices were very reasonable as well. Her site has so many pics from months and venues it gave us plenty of ideas as well which was really helpful. Would definitely recommend her if you have a general vision and can just trust the experts to do what they do best.

The winery I work for uses Dragonfly for events from time to time. They provide amazing arrangements and are always delivered on time. I don’t know what else I could hope for.
The fact that most, if not all, of the flowers are local is even better.

Bonnie did our flowers for our rehearsal dinner at dawn ranch lodge and we couldn’t have had a better experience. I had a couple of calls with her to describe the general color palette i wanted, flowers i definitely wanted and definitely didn’t want and approximate budget, but really didn’t go into any more specific detail than that. I was more than happy with what she delivered and in hindsight, wish I had asked her to do the main event the following night as well.

Trying to find a florist for my wedding. In August I emailed and explained I love tulips and they set up an appointment to meet with me. I also had to fill out a long questionnaire and provide a link to my Pinterest page prior to the appointment. I’m frustrated because I’m planning this wedding from far away and when I showed up for my appointment they explained they can’t do tulips or any of the arrangements I’m interested in. That’s totally fine, but don’t waste my time. Explain that when I first email so I can research other places and move on.

Bonnie and her team did an amazing job on our flowers for our winery wedding! I just gave her a very basic idea and the colors and she created gorgeous arrangements. My bouquet was exactly as I had pictured it in my mind. Bonnie is a pleasure to work with as well.

Bonnie and her team did an incredible job for our wedding on August 23, 2014! She couldn’t do delivery to our location so we picked up the flowers the morning of and I was so happy to see them so expertly packed and labelled.
We met with Bonnie several months before and went through photos on Pinterest, and I was initially nervous about the final product as I never saw any kind of sample that some florists offer, but I was nearly brought to tears when I saw what she had put together.
The flowers were so incredibly stunning and were exactly what I had envisioned. She truly exceeded my expectations.
When I first contacted Bonnie I was very happy to learn she didn’t have the very common $ 3000 minimum that so many Bay Area florists have. She didn’t make me feel like we were skimping on our flowers and advised me on flower choices according to season and also according to the temperature at our venue. She suggested flowers/​arrangements that would withstand the heat and possible wind at the outdoor ceremony and reception.
I highly recommend Bonnie to anyone planning a wedding!

Bonnie with Dragonfly decorated my daughter’s wedding ceremony and reception site with such a beautiful array of flowers … She, and her team enhanced the beautiful Paradise Ridge so tastefully! Not stiff or over done, but just the right vision initially led to fabulous floral decorations! The bouquets… to die for… just what the bride wanted for she and her bridesmaids!!!
Bonnie worked with me, MOB, to secure date and she was «confidently layer-​back.» She instilled warm confidence and appreciation to work with both me and bride throughout wedding planning. She remained on board, despite my daughter’s late date to actually choose flowers and was not concerned with our eye on a budget to work with. So kind during the entire process and we chose florist at very late date! Bonnie is a lovely person!!!
An added exciting element was when the bride showed up for initial appointment, she realized this florist, Bonnie, owned her own farm. She grows the very flowers, most often, that are used. She exceeded our expectations for raw beauty with a watchful eye on expense to us. (Other florists would not visit with me with our budget). Such a fun element and took choosing flowers to another level!
She and her team are incredibly talented and their choice of containers (painting them gold at bride’s request} were gorgeous. Lastly, with great expertise Bonnie already knowing well most winery layouts, could design with accuracy, but made trip to Paradise Ridge to reacquaint herself with any changes they may have made to reception area. Bride had such a wonderful time designing with Bonnie, herself, but we were all amazed when we walked in on wedding day!
Honestly, she expertly and not calculatively, designs based on venue site and suggests based only on what will enhance the raw beauty of winery surroundings!
Such a great artist and team she works with… we were so blessed!!!
You will be treated as though you were her only wedding of the season… this truly depicts the way we felt!

I just took one of Pam Bell’s evening classes held in the beautiful barn at Dragonfly Floral! The materials we got to work with were both beautiful and abundant, all the students in the class quickly created two very finished types of arrangements during the class… and Pam Bell, the instructor, was warm, kind, encouraging and helped point out good design techniques and creative details we otherwise would not note.
Well worth it! …I am going back again soon!

Bonnie Z from Dragonfly is an incredible florist! Our wedding flowers were so beautiful, and she brought my vision to life. She’s a bit slow at responding to emails, so be patient, but it’s worth it! She went above and beyond for us, as she was booked the day of our wedding so could only do personal flowers, but managed to squeeze in the centerpieces too, last minute, which really helped us out. Bonnie is fabulous! She knows what she is doing and it is SO refreshing to give someone your view and just let them go with it. Wedding planning does NOT have to be stressful if you pick the right people to handle it! THANK YOU Bonnie… the outcome was MORE gorgeous then I could ever had imagined! I got my bouquet preserved so I can ALWAYS look at it :) :)

We met with Bonnie several months ago to discuss flowers for our wedding next year. We weren’t sure exactly what we wanted, but we liked what we had seen from her, so she said she would send us a price estimate and we could meet again afterward to discuss things in more detail.
Months later, we have never heard back. We contacted Bonnie once in the meantime, and she wrote back saying it was wedding season and she was very busy. I find it hard to believe that she does not book any new clients during the entire summer season. We were disappointed and I don’t understand how a business can simply not respond to certain clients.
We finally decided to look elsewhere and found a great florist who talked with us, met with us, and sent us a price bid all within a week. Although Bonnie does have beautiful flowers, I don’t recommend working with someone who runs a business in this way.

I was one of those people (along with my fiancé) who thought that all florists pretty much did the same thing and that there would be really no big difference between any of them. We were wrong. We chose Dragonfly Floral because they had worked at our venue (Healdsburg Country Gardens) for a lot of years and had strong and really good relationships with our other vendors. What won us was that fact that Bonnie (the owner of the business) literally grows the flowers at her own farm (an adorable one to say the least with baby ducks and geese and vegetables which made every visit a blast), and just emanated the ability to execute our vision.
The outcome: stunning. Bonnie knows what she is doing. We were absolutely wowed by her ability to understand our entire color palate and vision for the wedding. The flowers were absolutely stunning, colors, spot on (which are important for brides when they have an initial vision). Everyone absolutely loved the flowers even and commented on them specifically even though Healdsburg Country Gardens is an entire beautiful garden full of flowers already. Bonnie is super nice and sweet in person, and really needs minimal direction. You would never tell Picasso how to paint the Les Demoiselles d’Avignon.
Bonnie and all of Dragonfly floral seamlessly made our dream wedding come true. You are a kind, talented, amazing bunch of people.
