Cuban sandwich is delicious! Pulled pork was just right, Black Forest ham was thinly sliced, pickles, white vinegar on artisan white bread. Perfect!

I keep giving this place chances but yesterday was it. No onions, 1 slice of cheese, 2 pieces of meat on a $ 10 sandwich. There is no consistency or standard here. This is a waste of time. The employees seem unhappy but don’t take it out on my sandwich.

My family’s favorite Togo’s location in the Bay Area. Clean, friendly, delicious. Not all Togo’s are created equally– visit this one! Pro-tip: Parking can be a little bit of madness due to the new-ish Mexican grocery in the same center. Bring your patience and plan for a few minutes to find a spot– nothing over the top.

We ordered from here on Monday for my baby shower on Saturday. They were beyond helpful and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone! They made the order of 3 large trays so easy. They even called to confirm our order on the Friday before. We came in there to pick it up and everything was packed up ready to go. Separated in containers. I cant say enough good things about this Togos and the experience!

I use to love Togo’s but not so much anymore. This location is not all that great either. The ingredients are just ok. I am a huge avocado fan but their avocado is nasty because there is way too much lemon in the avocado. I know why they put the lemon in it but you can’t even taste avocado because of all the lemon. There is a new sandwich shop in CV that cuts their avocados right in front of you. It’s super fresh and soo good. Overall I am disappointed with this location. The employees have always acted like they didn’t want to be there either.

I’ve always loved Togos but after last night I WILLNOTEVERGOBACK!!! I ordered the turkey avocado for my husband and brought it straight home… When he unwrapped it, the avocado was BROWN!!! Since it was late, we decided to wait until today to call and explain the situation. The worker who answered was rude and unhelpful but she said she’d talk to her manager. Supposedly there’s «nothing«they can do… This is NOT what I call customer service. I saved the WHOLE sandwich with RECEIPT and I get an answer like that? Keep your sandwiches!

My friend and I went in to this store today at about 3pm. There was only one person ahead of us that was getting his order finalized. We ordered 3 sandwiches and 2 wraps. After the employee made the 3 sandwiches by herself, she told us that they ran out of the Santa Fe chicken filling for the wraps. There were 2 other employees working there as well. But they did not assist in getting our order out in a timely manner. There was no one else there in the store but us 2. So we waited for them to make the filling from scratch. Then my friend went to get the beverages(Pepsi and Mountain Dew). She tasted it and said something didn’t taste right. The employee didn’t believe her and came over and poured herself some in a cup. The cup was ¾ full of foam. So they gave us a Pepsi in a bottle. We finally left out of there after 40 minutes! That is way too long to wait for our order, especially since they had two other employees not doing a thing but chatting to each other. Why isn’t there any teamwork? Oh, and while I was sitting at the table waiting, I noticed the table was very sticky and unclean.

This is literally the worst Togos I have ever been too. I work nearby and have been here many times giving it another chance but every time my over priced sand which is never that good. Either the bread is stale and old or they pour half the bottle of mustard on it. Togos is the best sandwich spot but for some reason all the people at this location are special and the bread is typically stale. I tried telling them about my bad experiences and the girls were very rude and giving me dirty looks. Please come see me if you have a problem cause you can’t even make a simple sandwich.

Worst TOGO’s ever. Its sad I even had to give one star. I came in and said I was going to be ordering 3 sandwiches and it seemed like the end of the world for this girl to make them. I asked for the sandwiches to be made on an onion roll(I thought they had them) but they don’t I guess. No big deal, but instead of asking what bread I would like my sandwich to be made on she was already making them on wheat bread… Um, okay? Thanks for making that decision for me??? I don’t even like wheat bread, but heaven forbid I should ask for what I wanted because it already seemed like making the sandwiches was huge deal. My sandwiches were sloppy and a mess to eat. This TOGO’s location is off the list for me. Horrible service and bad attitudes.

I have tried Subway hundreds of times but this was my first(and probably the last) experience at Togos. I ordered Italian sandwich. The sandwich itself was tasteless. No one asked me what kind of dressing I would like. They just added some Italian sauce on the bread. That’s it. That sour sauce might be good for the salad but definitely not the best option for a sandwich. When I asked for some kind of sauce, they just gave me the same Italian sauce again! The sandwich was served in a tray which was wet. As a result all napkins that they put in the tray were soaked in water. That was a mess. In terms of price, I paid $ 9 for a large(9 inch) sandwich which is pricier than a subway footlong sandwich.

When someone asks for a tiny amount of chipotle Bbq sauce, I expect a tiny amount. I got home to find out my sandwich was covered in it. And I mean covereddddd. It was dripping on to my plate. My mouth was burning. Sooooo bad. I would have drove back but I live by chabot and they were closing soon. I have ordered this sandwich many times before and I have never had a problem. The worker must have been having a bad day decided to take it out on my order. Now I see why they let you look at them while they make your sandwich. I wasn’t paying attention to her because she wasn’t attractive and I was on my phone following the MLB trade deadline.

Always come in around 11 and morning staff are so friendly. Great service here and of course I love their sandwiches. This is the only one I go to after a few bad experiences at the other one.

Not all that impressive. I stopped in just after 5PM on Wednesday. There were two customers ahead of me who were being served. I was the only one in line. There were two workers making the sandwiches, and another guy in the back. No sense of urgency at all from the workers making the sandwiches. Didn’t call for additional help. No, «I’ll be right with you» or, «It’ll be just a minute.» Workers basically looked half zombie-like, although I guess that’s kinda to be expected these days. Took 20 minutes from the time I walked in to the time I left. In the late afternoon on a weekday, that’s not good. Sandwich itself was pretty good, although it cost me just under 12 bucks for a pastrami sandwich with cheese, chips, and a drink. That’s my issue with the Togos brand. I will give this place another try. I just expect better service. When you’re serving customers and there’s a line(there were a few people that came in behind me), please step on it a little.

Best togos in the east bay. This one is where I will be coming from now on since the castro valley one has ripped me off so many times in a row. Keep up the good work!

I love having this place nearby for my quick sandwich or soup fix! You can’t beat the pastrami on wheat and if you order anything else, you’re wrong! It’s absolutely the best! The customer service is usually always on point and the dining area is never messy, not to mention it’s usually never crowded so you get your food quick!

I have been getting the hot pastrami sandwich here on Mondays for a long time because it was the sandwich of the day, a good value and taste good. However, under new ownership they don’t offer the hot pastrami or roast beef. Why would you take one of the best sandwiches off the sandwich of the day menu? ThisTogo’s lost my business. On Mondays this place was packed, now it’s dead. They offer the hot pastrami«sandwich of the day» at the Togos by Bay Fair. I will take my business there instead.

Loooooove me some Togo’s! Their sandwiches are always delicious and their customer service/sandwich makers are always polite, never throwing you under the bus for being too pick for any reason. They could get 10 stars just based on their service alone. Joaquin has helped me out on more than 3 occasions and I know how busy they get at lunch time, so I tend to call our orders in for the office to avoid waiting in line. Grab the phone, order it up, and then drive over. it saves you a few extra precious mins of lunch break. The parking lot is always crowded(lots of other shops in the same strip mall) so be prepared for that. Also they have a place where you can eat your sandwich in the main dining area with tables if you have the time. 5 stars for service. 5 stars for the food. 5 stars overall. Thanks guys! We will be seeing you next week!
