Subway

Terrible service I’m here right now 12 minutes before closing and the lady locked the door and literally ignored us even when she knows we are outside. This is not good service. Last time i will come to this location ever

This place has reasonably fresh items. I was there yesterday and the tomatoes looked white. I don’t believe it was as clean as my previous visit either. The bread at this Subway was so so fresh. It’s very difficult to find a decent Subway in Hayward and I’ve been to most locations. I may try Togos again.

Wife had the turkey sandwich, honey oat roll. No flavor. Tasted like cardboard. Too bad local subway cannot represent.

This place is small! You get in line and those who have picked up their orders are pushing through you and others still waiting to get out. Maybe consider changing up the placement of the register to where the starts now and use the door leading to the street as an «entrance only» would help with utilizing that space efficiently! As for the sandwiches, they are well made and delicious!

Lady looked at us like we were aliens or something & sandwich had very little tuna. My sandwich ended up being tomato sandwich.

This place charged me tax on a cold cut sandwich. When I questioned it, they told me it was something Subway corporate was rolling out amongst all their franchises. I got curious, so I called the corporate line, and they said it wasn’t true. Also, there’s some California law that says certain cold foods don’t get taxed.
My receipt for this transaction did not have a line and specific amount for sales tax. It was just included as part of the sandwich price.
Don’t let these guys pull a fast one on you. I know it’s a few cents, but it’s not right.

Worst service ever. The employees are rude and cant understand them most of the time. The place is so small you can even get through if theres a line. Wonder if its up to the fire code?

This has to be the worst Subway I’ve been to. The bread was cold and and she didn’t give me a full portion of the Chicken salad. I’m a fan of Subway. just not this one.

I realize you only get paid minimum wage, but fAck, can you at least close my sandwich before you wrap it?!

Being a fast food person counting calories on a diet, I eat a lot of Subways. This particular location is by far the worst of all the Subways I have been to.
I have been ordering the same sandwich lately which is a chicken breast on wheat and I like to have my bread toasted. Maybe they are all supposed to do this, but this is the only Subways that insisted on charging me to toast my bread (whn the chicken needed to be heated up anyway. The service seemed to know what they were doing it just had the feel of one of those places where the management was just greedy and tried to nickel and dime everyone to death
If you are going to have subways in Hayward, there are three other ones quite near to this one… do yourself and mankind a favor… take the drive or the bus… your stomach and wallet will thank you…
