Thee worst Panda Express ever. They are always out of everything and place is ran by teenagers without proper training. The food never taste as good as other better ran Panda Express locations. Oh and this the second time I didn’t get my correct change here. Ugh

The first time I came in for an order I had made online. They had to put together the order after I got there. Totally defeats the purpose of ordering online. Today I ordered brown rice with string bean chicken only to return to work to see they gave me fried rice which I can’t eat as I don’t eat eggs. Meanwhile I was waiting for the rice, I asked to be ringed up, the girl ignored me and rung up the customer behind me, very rude. I’m not asking for a lot just get the order right and do things in a timely manner, come on people.

One star because I went in there around 7:30 and half the platters had no food. There was only 1 cook and the rest were just standing around. Then, Dominoes pizza came in and delivered a pizza. There was about 7 – 8 families waiting for their food to be cooked by the ONE cook. This location is the worst one so far. These kids do not give a Shit but their $ 15 an hour minimum wage, but that another issue. I won’t be back!

Where is the recycle bin? This location only has a garbage bin. The food is good. The staff is friendly. But seriously, where is the recycle bin? If you sell drinks that can easily be recycled, then why does this location encourage you to throw it in the trash? If your location doesn’t offer recycling service, then make a call and get your location on par with the rest of California. Thank you.

I went to panda today in the southLand mall area and ordered the fried rice, steamed veggies, and walnut shrimp… When I got to work I ate a spoon full of the fried rice without smelling it first and as soon as I swallowed it I smelt something funny. I smelt the rice and it had a foul smell. I let one of my co workers smell it and he said the rice smelt like a musty sock… Well I already ate a spoon full so we will see what happens next. I called the store to complain and they said they’ll refund my money without seeing the food… I told them that I was bringing the food with me so they can smell it for themselves… I am so made at the situation. I better not get sick.

Portions are horrible. You don’t always get your money’s worth here. Depends on whos serving you.

Eat here all the time. Very good for panda express. As unauthentic as it gets, but I actually like the quality of the food. Very consistent. Sometimes right before close your options are limited, but otherwise it’s good.

Place is not very good, but it’s busy because it’s cheap. And near mall. Parking sucks

Very poor service, didn’t have fried rice ready so I had to wait. By the time the rice was ready the other entrees I wanted were gone.

This place sucks, the food is good but the employees are clueless, it’s Sunday 5pm, u know around the dinner time rush and they ran out of 3 or 4pf the main dishes. Had ppl waiting on their food and then mixed ppls orders up and then had my order sitting there getting cold while I’m jus waiting for them to get it together

This your typical Americanized Chinese take out joint. The spices they use, it’s not to my liking. The staff needs to learn English, because they don’t understand. Overall the food is meh.

A Swing And A Miss The title came to my mind because baseball season is now underway(spring training games began on the 3rd). Anyway, I’m docking a star because this location struck out with me yesterday. Black pepper isn’t available here(only salt). Pork isn’t served here at all(it has to do with the chain as a whole, but I did have sweet and sour pork at one of the other Hayward locations 4 years ago). I was also disappointed because I couldn’t get any Mountain Dew(it needed to be replaced). I got my Mountain Dew fix later at Target. My wife couldn’t quite get what she wanted either. Honey Sesame Chicken, though, is no longer served at any location(it was a limited-time item). I felt slightly rushed, but our cashier/server was friendly and fairly quick. I was also given plenty of soy sauce packets(5). A man wanted a medium-sized box for this one item(he was getting testy with a male server). He wasn’t happy with how small the small-sized boxes are. She annoyed me because she was in the way at times, but the woman sweeping the floor really worked hard. I enjoyed the songs that were played(ex: «Paradise» by Coldplay; «Barely Breathing» by Duncan Sheik). The restrooms are private. The men’s restroom is a bit small, but it was nice and clean when I entered(little children might be reading this, and so the horrible state of how I left it need not be discussed here). Note: All prices include tax. Our total was $ 22.06. I’m glad that our lunch was mainly paid for by the recycling money that we got an hour prior. Small Drink: $ 1.75. Medium Drink: $ 1.97. Our Mug Root Beer and Dr. Pepper were both slightly watered down. 2-Entrée Plate: $ 7.67. 3-Entrée Plate: $ 9.31. The prices are moderately higher than they were at the end of 2013. We both liked our Fried Rice(I didn’t need to, but I added some soy sauce to mine). It’s better here now than it was before(score: 8⁄10). My wife also got Chow Mein, and she didn’t like it as much. It was too«different» and kind of greasy(score: 7⁄10). Only our servings of Fried Rice(and, in my wife’s case, Chow Mein) were truly good(the portions at Panda Express in general could be better). Orange Chicken: 8⁄10. My wife, as usual, was pleased. Firecracker Chicken Breast: 8⁄10. It’s new to the menu(it’s one of the Chef’s Creations), and is in honor of Chinese New Year. «It starts with marinated, all-white meat chicken breast, sweet red and yellow bell peppers, and crisp onions tossed in a sizzling hot wok with the perfect amount of spicy black bean sauce.» My wife found her chicken to be good and spicy. I’m sure that she’ll order this item again. Shanghai Angus Steak: 8⁄10. You’ll be charged $ 1.37 more(this is typical). They were tasty(they were also hot, but not overly so), but I only received about 9 pieces of steak, and most of them were small. 2 pieces could have also been cooked a bit longer. Beijing Beef: 8.5÷10. As usual, my marinated beef was delicious and hot. My mouth was on fire, like during my summer stays with Satan. o_O Grilled Teriyaki Chicken: 8.5÷10. My pieces of chicken were very lean and flavorful overall(I recommend that you get the«sweet and savory sauce» poured on top). My Fortune: «Judge One Not By His Charms, But By His Qualities.» I don’t have much of a personality, and so this is fitting for me. I left somewhat full, but was unsatisfied overall. I’m frankly not surprised that this location is only averaging 3 stars.

I took my family of seven there earlier this evening for a birthday treat and was pleasantly surprised by heartfelt service. Maggy and the other two ladies that helped us got our orders right, did it quickly and professionally. They made made my 8 year old daughter feel special in the way they wished her a happy birthday. They restaurant was clean and the food was great.

Extremely slow. On multiple occasions they asked me to wait 5 mins until they finished preparing the food. It actually took 20 mins. Service is is pretty bad as well. Forgot my order on couple instances

This place is horrible they have bad costumer service and they make you wait 15 – 20 min for fast food. I’m a big fan of Panda Express food. Just not this location, they made me wait for 15 to 20 min for teriyaki chicken not only that I was one of the fist one waiting but yet they decided to give or serve people they got there after me. In my opinion I should of gotten serve first since I waited the longest. I do recommend Panda Express. Just not this location.

Always receive a warm welcome from either one of the three lovely ladies; Anna, Jennifer and lastly Manang. I’ve only been to this location several times and I have come to enjoy my every visit. Keep in mind that the staff here is very attentive to your needs — «the usual?»(Didn’t know I ordered the same dish every time I came to visit). So if you’re around the area people make sure to come visit this fine establishment, have a meal, and make sure to say hello to Jennifer(She’s the cute cashier). Lmao.

Food average when they actually have something I want already made. There has not been 1 time I did not have to wait for my entrée to be cooked. They cook the smallest amount of food then any other Panda I have been to. When you are OUT of fried rice a 2 pm and no one is cooking any, time to fire every manager or just close up shop. Pure incompetance.

Panda express has been a good back up plan when you don’t have an immediate urge to go out and eat good food. The quality is consistent, the taste is consistent, and you can even make relatively healthy choices. It would be hard to beat the value too. Panda express is one of the best fast food places you can go to, and I have nothing bad to say about them with all my experiences, however I must say the food does not have a great quality or taste to them either hence even though I would often go here, the food is just okay.

This is for the Panda Express in the Food court of Bayfare Mall in San Leandro. We arrived at around 7:30PM(closing time 8ish). I wanted to try the new shangai angus beef bowl. There were no other people but us in the food court and this annoying lady picking up the chairs and spraying chemicals around us, very very unpleasant! The girl that served us was mumbling and we had to ask her to repeat herself three times before we can understand what she was saying. My husband wanted some chow – main but there was just half a bowl left — nevertheless he got charged for a full bowl. I got served half a bowl as well eventhough there was enough to fill up the bowl. It really wasn’t enough to satisfy one at dinner time. The meat wasn’t good at all, stringy and tough and the worst yet — lukewarm… At around 8 o’clock the personnel started«waking» and filling up styrophoam boxes with leftovers to go. They stuffed their boxes to the point they couldn’t close them, which brought us back to realizing — this is why we didn’t get served enough because the personel wanted to take leftovers home! I was soooooooooo mad! I am never going back — shame on you! We paid 15 bucks for two bowls and a order of spring rolls… We felt hungry leaving. When I returned to ask for more water they guy at the counter was in his wife-beater — «cholo» looking — and I saw his armpits hair… GROSS! THANKYOUBUTNOTHANKYOU, PANDAEXPRESS
