Incliene is bomb!!! I love their food and the service here is just as great! I’ve been coming here for almost two years already & not once have I been disappointed. I have introduced many friends to this place & enjoy the food just as much as I do.

I came here for I was craving some Chinese food and I was reading the reviews of fellow Unilocalers that said good reviews about this place. I got here at about 3:20PM and the place was deserted. I ordered a combination fried rice and the guy behind the counter offered me soda or Hot tea and I said Hot tea. I ate the fried rice which was OK then i proceeded to pay the bill. Unbeknownst to me, The guy CHARGEDME $ 1.50 for that cup of warm tea(NOT Hot tea) and all along I thought it was for free… If i ask for tap water, no doubt he would charge me too for a cup of cold tap water! That’s just Low Class of some place charging you for something to drink when it’s normal of other More Classier Chinese restaurants which they provide for you FORFREE as a standard. This was the first time I came here and Unfortunately, it will also be the last because of this Cheap act. There are other more better tasting Chinese restaurants and the irony of this? This place is a block away from my house… That figures…

VERY clean hole in the wall restaurant. DELICIOUS wantons! Here at lunch and it’s pretty quiet but the server is nice and it seems like there are a few regulars here. The orange chicken was good and the portion size was big!

I was so so hungry. It was only for me and my bf, I literally ordered 6ppl worth of food cause I wanted to eat different dishes. I hate to give bad reviews to restaurant but I really didn’t like their food at all. I really think they could do a better job. I don’t know why it’s to hard to find good restaurants in Hayward but Chinese foods are so much better in union city. :( But I’m giving them 3 stars because they had a good service for Chinese food restaurant haha

Simple but ok. I wish I could really want to return more often but I’m a little confused why my mouth has a numb feeling after I eat there. :(

Was in the area and wanted some good Chinese food. This place is a definite a hole in the wall. It is located in the plaza across from Sizzlers in Hayward. It isn’t very big. It only has approximately 10 tables. However, the place was clean. My mom ordered the vegetarian chow mein and I ordered the wonton with vegetables and noodle soup. I am allergic to shrimp and can never order wonton soup since most places make them with shrimp. I was overjoyed when I found out I could have them. When the food came, my wontons were really good. The skin used is really silky. We liked that that they used bean sprouts for the chow mein. It gives crunch to the noodles. However, we had to add a little soy sauce to the chow mein to make it a bit saltier. It’s good that you can make sure it’s not so salty in case you want to eat healthy. Definite would go here again. The food was really good bang for your buck.

The Chinese dumpling soup was good and it’s not on the regular menu. The chive and pork dumplings, just ok. The location of the store is bad, not a decent area so they need to consider moving to a nice location I think!

Me like. Period. :) Me like. Period. :) Unilocal wouldn’t let me post a simple review, so I said it twice. Incleine is a good old fashioned chow house. In fact, I crave some of their dishes every once in a while and I don’t have to double think it due to the very reasonable prices they offer. Not fancy. Simple. Me like. Period. ;))

Sorry to give a small restaurant such a bad rating but this place would not make my top places to return. All the entrees my party ordered were all on the oily and salty end. We got the Mongolian beef over rice, beef chow mein, and shrimp chow fun. Tiny dining area and kitchen. You can see the kitchen from the dining area. Looks like a small family run business. Older Chinese man cooking, older Chinese woman prepping the veggies and meat, and young kid waiter who also cashiers. If you aren’t so picky with your Chinese food, go ahead and try! It’s not too shabby because the chow mein did have an okay wok taste. Just way too much salt in the sauce and oil. I’d suggest to ask for less oil or salt and maybe you’ll get an alright entrée!

Tasty, inexpensive, good service, and a great way to support a family run business! I’m a vegetarian and they were willing to adjust my order to omit meat and they also have some tofu dishes too. We dined in and were the only people dining there. Don’t let this discourage you. It doesn’t bother me at all. Quiet and you have the restaurant all to yourself! A little bit hard to find, as it’s tucked away. Just look for the big flags! A great choice if you want a simple Chinese meal that isn’t overly oily or salty.

I ordered their pork and chive dumplings, eggplant chicken and bbq pork fried rice to go. They offered a glass of lime water as I waited, which is a major plus because it was hot today and they didn’t have to do that. Pork and chive dumplings: I’d eat again and again. The cashier(I believe, the son of the family) offered me either red or dark vinegar… I was pleased to know they even had choices like that. The skin of the dumpling is thick and chewy. The filling was seasoned and cooked perfectly. Eggplant chicken: menu says it can come with chicken, beef or tofu. I asked the guy if I can have shrimp substituted in(for the next time I order) and he was more than accommodating. I ordered it not spicy so I can add my sriracha as I like. The eggplant pieces are a bit bigger than bite-sized and not at all mushy. BBQ pork fried rice:(isn’t exactly a menu item, but as mentioned before, they’re accommodating) rice wasn’t as dry and separated as I’d like, but there was enough BBQ pork pieces to actually get the flavor. I’m looking forward to tomorrow’s leftovers already. I’m happy to know this place is an affordable option within my community.

Truly excellent food! I’m impressed on the amount of flavor in the food. The hot and sour soup is excellent, the egg flower has a seaweed option, the sauces are so savory! I’ve been impressed with each dish we tried from fish to chicken and vegetables. I highly recommend giving it a try and explore the many choices! I only wish they had a location right next door to my work in San Francisco so I can eat there every day. Location wise it’s hard to see in the corners go the shopping centre but it’s worth finding it! Tell your friends, bring your families! You won’t be disappointed.

The star is only for the service because the waiter is nice enough to deserve it. Now the food, I ordered beef fried rice and beans sprout chow mien(safe choices in Chinese restaurants) and thought that they will have an ok taste based on the Unilocal reviews. WRONG! My fried rice was sticky and tasted like the one I could easily cook at home. The chow mien didn’t have any taste and was pretty sticky too. Will not come back. Ever.

I am impressed. This little whole in the wall serves delicious chinese food. Flavor is good and not oily as other chinese restaurants. Potstickers and chow mein won me over. Glad its in an area I frequent. Potstickers are very good. Ask for them a little crunchy. Theyre the thick kind, not the thin ones. Chow mein is made with skinny noodles. Delicious! BBQ fried rice is more than satisifying. Salt & Pepper Fillet is very flavorful. Served with slighty cooked crunchy bell peppers and jalepenos. Walnut Shrimp did not disappoint. Sesame Chicken has a batter and is deep fried. It stays crunchy even with the sauce. Didn’t give 5 stars because I didn’t dine in. I ordered to go. Would like to experience dining here soon.

Very good! Hard to believe that this little gem is packed into a ‘questionable’ area, but I was really impressed with the food! As other reviewers have stated, the young man speaks English, I think it is his parents that do the cooking(?). Compliments to the chef! I had an excellent lunch — the potstickers were amazing and my entrée(chicken and green beans) was very tasty(not ‘saucey’ — yes, I made an adjective up). They appreciate it if you pay in cash when under $ 20. The mall that the restaurant is located is hard to find, but the restaurant is near a Harbor Freight and a ‘Video’ store.

Rating: 3.5 stars I drive by West Winton, ALL the time; how have I not noticed this place yet? Maybe because it’s hidden in a plaza on the busy streets of West Winton that I would probably never pay attention to. Driving on Hesperian, I’ve always only noticed the store Video Only because of the big fat letters. I never noticed the plaza cause it’s right behind Oil Changers. When you enter the parking lot, you’ll notice Incleine Chinese Café next to the Video Only store. When you enter, you’re welcomed by the cashier/server. The place is small and normally quiet because it’s so hidden, not a lot of people know this place. The décor is your typical Chinese restaurant that isn’t so popular. They do have cushioned seats for the benches on the wall. The seating is quite spacious. They offer quite a variety of Chinese cuisines. The day I came, I came for a take-out — specifically Beef Chow Fun($ 6.49 including tax). Service seemed friendly; as I waited for my meal, the guy randomly brought me a cup of water with lemon inside! I live across the street, so it didn’t take me long before I started eating my meal. The beef chow fun itself was mediocre and didn’t have so much flavor or beef…(but then again, what do you expect out of ~$ 7?). I think I would come back again only because it’s the closest Chinese restaurant I know in the neighborhood and it’s decently priced. I think they also have seasonal roast duck for $ 18.

Monday 04÷14÷14: In response to the Owner’s comment below: — Your website does not state that your delivery service is for dinner orders and all day on the weekends. You may want to update it to state that. — I never said that I wanted my order in 30 minutes, I was told that you were short staffed and didn’t have anyone to deliver at all. I was never even given a timeframe. If I had been told it would take an hour I would have said OK given the fact that we didn’t have any lunch and were going to a meeting anyway. — Also I am 2.77 miles away, which is 6 minutes away, I literally work down the street from your restaurant. I am not 4 miles away. I don’t like it when people try to «make things better» in responding to a not-so good review, by totally changing the facts. That is just dishonest. Friday 04÷11÷14: My co-workers and I were excited to try a new place that’s close to work and so we placed an order on Friday around noon for delivery. We had a lunch meeting so we couldn’t go pick it up and so the fact that this place advertises that they deliver was a big plus! Unfortunately, I got a phone call asking if we could just pick up our order ourselves because they were short staffed and couldn’t deliver. Well, that defeats the purpose of advertising that delivery is available. The gentleman was very nice and apologetic which is why I am giving them 2 stars, but it totally sucked that we couldn’t get our lunch :(

I was craving some Chinese food so I checked my trusty Unilocal app and Incleine Chinese Café pops up. So i jump into my Whip Old Blue and rolled to Hayward. I was able to park right in front of Incleine. I rolled in and was greeted and seated. I perused the menu and ordered the Fried Won ton for and Appetizer and Won ton Noodle Soup, Garlic Green Beans and Combination Chow Fun for my Main Courses. Incleine is a Family run Business. The Father and Mother are the Cooks. All my food was cooked fresh .I could hear and see my food being cooked. There is a LCDTV for Entertainment. The Restaurant is modestly decorated My food was served piping hot from the Kitchen. I was served my Fried Won tons first, it came with a Sweet and Sour dipping Sauce and it was Delish. Out next was the Won ton Noodle soup. Very Savory and Meaty Won tons. Next up where the Green Beans very good. and followed by my Combination Chow Fun. Very nice and filling . Very Generous Portions I paid by Discover Card and rolled out. Incleine is a Hidden Gem.
