I went there to buy a zero size screw ear-​rings, the Philippino lady and her son are just crazily greedy. 75 $ for each piece. Are you serious? Those are not more then $ 15 or $ 20. They said we sell this per piece. Please don’t go to them.

They re-​sized a couple of my rings and they ended up ruining majority of the ring… I dont knw how, it is a simple sizing procedure. When you point it out, they say «oh, it looks just fine.» I wonder what their eyes are showing them? I had to re-​sell it back to them because it was horrid. Also, the ring does not even have a finish and you can still see where the cut was made. They should really get better technicians for repair. Overall, I like their jewelry quality. Their prices have gone way up.

They told me I would have to leave my ring for 3 days to get resized. So I asked if I could come in on Monday so they can do it in front of me. They said no. It’s a 3 stone diamond ring, so no way will I leave it there. I went to another jeweler in Castro valley. They did it within minutes, in front of me.
