Worst customer service ever. I came here at 9:50am. I know they open at 10 so I was patiently waiting for them to open. The Filipino lady here asked me what I wanted to order and I told the Filipino lady to not rush and to take her time and she told me to go away. She told me the mini pretzel dog would take 15 mins and I said no problem. There’s no rush. And I also wanted to order a jumbo pretzel dog one plain and one with jalapeños and then she once again told me to «GO AWAY COME BACK AT 11». I thought she said it would take 15 mins to make so why should I come back in an hour? I’m a paying customer so it’s rude to talk to a customer that way.

Always have plenty of stuff waiting in the warmer but they’ll usually give you the fresh pretzels right out of the fryer regardless!
Always gotta stop by when I’m in the mall. Even though I only need one, they always get me on that buy three get one free deal… uhhg, like I really need more cinnamon sugar or almond pretzels in my life!
Most employees are young and friendly. Definitely give service with a smile, but if there’s a crazy long line with demanding customers I can understand their frustrations. Never had an issue, hope I never do! Love these pretzels!

Auntie Anne Pretzel served hot and fresh. They continuously made them through out the day. All day Wednesdays original & salt pretzel is only $ 1 at this location. Last week I purchase the almond pretzel for $ 1 also but this week they are regulating on with kind you can get for $ 1. So they lose 1 star!

Worst customer service. First of all the employees don’t even greet the customers. I ordered the mini pretzel hot dogs most of them were burn. Lastly, I can’t believe cashier Claudia gave me attitude just because I ask her if I can get my receipt after my purchase. Then she gave me a wrong receipt and expected me to take that one. I remember always coming here before when they had good employees with manners, but not anymore. I will not be coming here anymore.

Auntie Anne’s pretzels are always warm, buttery and delicious. It’s been a couple of years since I’ve had one of their pretzels but they never fail to please the taste buds. It could be my imagination, but I think the pretzels have gotten a little smaller since my last visit. Not a big deal, just an observation (everyone is cutting back, I suppose).
Our cashier was very friendly and gave us samples of their new pretzel wrapped hot dog. Yum! Something to try on our next visit.

I split an almond pretzel with my friend and it was sooo delicious. Yes, it’s a bit pricey but no regrets cause for the taste it’s worth it!
Kinda weird but my friend told me she’s been eating her pretzels with mustard ever since she was little. I tried it and actually enjoyed it!
If you’re a sucker for bread and carbs, this is the place to go while shopping!

I got hungry smelling the pretzel going in lids so I decide to stop by after lids to grab some pretzels the pepperoni pretzel caught my attention it look delish. So I order two and a mango lemonade everything total up to 10 bucks which wasn’t so bad. I took one bite of the pretzel and next thing you know I’m holding a empty bag. :(. It was that good I have to go back, I must go back.

What you know about the pretzel dogs. They use nathans hot dogs so maybe thats why. I could each more than one. There always fresh and constantly making pretzels. I am gona have to minus one star since its a little pricey.

This Auntie Anne’s pretzel was OFF THE HOOK! I don’t know if I got a fresh batch or what but I ordered the pretzel sticks and a large drink and it was HELLA good. The pretzels were hot and buttery. Had a slight crunch on the outside and warm and soft in the middle. The butter/​salt ratio was perfect and left me wanting more. Two thumbs up for this Auntie Annes… even though Southland is still really ghetto!

If I wanted a pretzel, this is where I’d go. Not to a carnival or fair or Wertzer Pretzels, whatever it is. I like Auntie Anne’s. They offer other items like bagel dogs and dipping cheese, but the just plain, old pretzel satisfied my hunger for a bit. Tasty. It was $ 2.75 for a pretzel though. Yikes. 5 stars because it’s consistency, not the price.
