The wait was horrible! The receptionist was quite rude and we had to wait more than two hours from the time of our scheduled appointment. There were people sitting on the floor when we arrived, and the receptionist told us we would probably get seen within 45 minutes. That 45 minutes turned into almost 3 hours. However, the doctor was very nice, kind and professional. Very knowledgeable but we were exhausted by the long wait and no place to sit except the floor or stand. It was irresponsible to overbook in that way. We will not return.
