McDonald’s

I came for breakfast and the only reason for the four stars has to do with not having to wait by the counter for my food. They give you a number like Carl’s Jr. and you just worry about filling your soda cup and relax. The server was also very attentive and respectful with a welcoming disposition. You can’t get mad when someone brings your food with a smile. He even had an apron in which he carried the sugar, creamer, ketchup, and utensils.
Other than that, the same was exactly the same as every other location.

Well, at least the place is thriving in this neighborhood.
The place is so ghetto that they don’t even have napkin dispensers. You have to ask for it. Definitely not OC
They have a playroom. The concept of the play set is creative and looks fun, but you have to borrow the ball from the counter or register… and must leave an id card or dmv card or car keys. … Uhhhh. NO!!! Not a chance! It’s liked giving ur car for free ir permitted identity theft.

I enjoy eating at McDonalds, but I had to write a review specifically for this place because of the horrible service.
First and foremost is the level of sanitation effort put into this place, the tables are dirty and then there was two workers at the register, a very young looking dark skinned girl and a gentleman with an irritated look doing absolutely nothing.
Second was how long it took me to get my order. I ordered a simple double cheeseburger mini meal. It took them little over 10 minutes to provide that on a slow day. The fries weren’t even fresh, they were pretty cold.
The employees were screaming and yelling at each other over people’s orders. It was a complete disaster.
I didn’t complain about the service but instead writing this review on Unilocal to inform everyone that this location is a really bad location to go to. I probably won’t come back here again.

I’ve had some bad fries before — stale, over salter, over fried. But I’ve never had fries that were as stale as my last visit to this place.
They’re usually ok — but these are like been-​sitting-​for-​hours-​and-​hours bad. Might as well have just put salt on the cardboard box it came in and ate that

I love it here! The morning manager Jacqueline Rios already knows my order I don’t even have to order I pull up and they already have it ready for me.

I’m not surprise this restaurant has a 2 stars. We visited this place today and we had a smart pants so call manager name GABRIEL GONZALEZ who had a hearing problem while taking our order. He decided not to take our order and refused services to us just simply because he could not hear us. Luckily there was an employee that knew that without customers he wouldn’t have a job. He provided services to us and constantly apologized for the rudeness of the other employee. What’s wrong with this guy, they already suck and he has the nerves to give his customers an attitude. I always consider this place because it was close to home and it was convenient but after this incident I will think twice before giving my money to them.

They always mess up! Second time I don’t get my hash brown and they never offer ketchup.

Only thing I ever purchase is iced coffee and it was absolutely a awful cup of joe. Never again from this location. Buyers beware.

I couldn’t believe how filthy this McDonalds was! Every table and the entire floor was so dirty. I mean really dirty.

I’ll NEVER go back to this McDonalds.
It’s sad but yes I used to work at a McDonalds. I don’t like to eat at McDonalds because of the fact how they don’t make anything fresh. I know how long it takes to make different things, they use timers for all their food. So when I order I want to make sure it’s not just sitting in a heated tray for two or three hours.
I ordered my food and asked for them to ”drop” a fresh fillet in the fryer along with some fresh fries. I mentioned to them that I don’t mind to wait, I just want my food fresh. It takes just under 4 minutes for fresh fries and for a fresh fillet about 7 ½ minutes.
Well my food came quite quickly. I opened the bag to feel the temperature of the fries and yes they are cold. The fillet patty yeah that’s been sitting in a heat tray. Nothing fresh. Which is stupid I mentioned I don’t mind the wait now I’d have to wait longer for them to get it right? Forget it!
Whatever so I took the fillet and Made sure they gave me my fresh fries.
Just to add insult to injury I wanted a side of mac sauce and the manager told me it would be 30 cents. I had just got done paying for my food that you screwed up and you want to charge me 30 more cents on my debit card?
Yeah I paid and will Never be back.
The most petty and horrible service I have ever seen.

i’m giving 5 stars for their honesty! left my wallet there & their personnel cleaning the area noticed a guy who kept looking at the seat i just left from. he took my wallet before that guy was even able to! i called as soon as i realized, how i wish i can go back & give something back. mcdonalds food is mcdonalds food, the staff doesn’t control what sells but their customer service sure rocks! thank you! God bless your good souls!

This was the worst McDonald’s experience and that says a lot. They made me wait 25mins for my order which I had to go remind them about twice. It was horrible and also I saw the manager and employee arguing outside. This does not give a good vibe. Avoid if possible.

Stopped by the grab a quick bite before doing a bunch of running around. I ordered a Dr. Pepper with the Grilled Chicken Ranch BLT.
One of the Chicken Ranch BLT’s was supposed to be a fried but instead we got two grilled. I personally had no problem because I prefer grilled, but my sidekick for the day (my mom) would have rather had fried. The BLTs were smothered in ranch dressing and poorly tossed together. My DP had a cherry flavor to it so I’m guessing they put Cherry Coke by mistake, caught it, and filled it with DP instead of dumping it out or getting a new cup. That was beyond gross.

Still my go-​to place for the quick drive through lane for after church and pre-​evening classes at St. Peter Chanel church.
Guilty pleasure: small McFlurry with M & M’s!
Fries need to be consumed while hot in the car! I confess: One handed reach in bag and shove, while driving!
Wish they had a no bread option for the sandwich– I often pick out the bread and eat everything else. (My nod to watching the carbs.)
How do you do yours?

No one believes me when I tell them how nice this McDonald’s is inside. They have WiFi and flatscreens. You might see a priest stop in for their free coffee if you come often enough. This is their spot.

Not the first time there are game promotions and we receive te game pieces missing. mainly always. it’s the employees which is fraudulent to the company and promotions… it just happened again to us here at work!!!

I go here because it’s one of the 2 closest to my house. I hate their drive-​thru service, it always seems they’re overcharging me on small orders and they ALWAYS screw my order up or fail to give me a neccessity, whether it’s my sauce for my nuggets or just a damn straw!!!

One of the newer ones in the area. I usually go to the one on Katella and Seal Beach blvd but their drive thru line is always crazy — this is a much better alternative with their two drive thru ordering boards.

There’s not much to talk about when reviewing a McDonald’s since everyone has been to one, but I’ll just say that this particular McDonald’s has the biggest chicken in their regular Snack Wraps out of all McDonald’s in the Cerritos, Lakewood, Hawaiian Gardens area. It’s clean, has an indoor playground, a gamecube and a decent amount of places to sit. Nothing special, just a nice McDonald’s.
