I would give this place no stars!!! I’m so pissed off! I went through the drive through to order. 1. The girl was rude and the girl kept asking are you done, 2. I pay and they tell me park and they’ll bring the food out 10min later my food comes out, 3. I get home a cheeseburger I ordered wasn’t in the bag, fries were half empty, the two jumpo breakfast platters I ordered were missing the bacon. I won’t be coming back to this Jack’s. This Jack’s needs to be retrained and needs better service.

I shouldn’t be eating fast food, but today is my cheat meal.
The lady who assisted me must of been the manager. She was awesome in being genuine and very friendly. She did a great job multi tasking between managing, drive-​thru, and working the register. She knew how to interact with people like an owner of a restaurant should.
She was wearing black and gray (must of been the manager)
Where they fail was the cleanness of the place. I skipped two tables because they had not yet been cleaned. I sat down on the third table and still was a little messy.
Overall the employees get 5 stars but the cleanness gets 3.

It’s a good thing Starbucks is just across the street, it saved my day. Waste of my time coming here. Fuchi to the rude cashier who ignored me.

Maybe this is the same with every jack in the box drive thru (or fast food drive thru) but it takes forever to get through. Even when there are only 3 cars ahead of you and you think it won’t take long? It will.

Need coffee now before I get my workout sesh in. I gotta be quick because I’m about to be late and I’m not properly warmed up and ready. Gotta be fast so that caffeine can kick in. Gotta be quick so that Coach isn’t mad at me. Gotta hurry because I’ve missed the past 2days and I really need a good workout to start my week right. I need to do his now!
Ok fine, no time for Starbucks because of the line, so let’s go to Jack in the box, it’s FAST food… well… Short story, I’m late and now my week sucks.

it’s Jack and they’re open at all hours of day and night. Seems to be a very busy drive through location. Have the grilled breakfast sandwich. Done nicely and made to order. Yeah — you can’t microwave that to come out the way a grilled sandwich would.
Good coffee too– wish the chains did a BREAKFAST combo without the hash browns, and instead upgrade to a larger coffee of juice, IMHO.
Since it’s so close to the bus stop though, I notice often the oddball or semi-​homeless (?) hang out in here. Live and let live though.

Hawaiian Gardens isn’t the best area and unfortunately I have to come through here on days when I have to open at work. I’ve seen this Jack many times and thought it might be a good idea to wait for the bus here since it’s right next to the bus stop and it’s usually about a half hour layover.
The lady at the counter acknowledged me but I had to wait til she was finished her conversation with her supervisor til she helped me.
The food wasn’t horrible, but I generally try to sway away from fast food anyway. I hadn’t had a chance to get to the grocery store in a bit so I didn’t have much food at home and I guess coming here worked out.
Just be prepared for the ghetto and associates not being 100% helpful.
