While waiting for my sub to be made, I watched in astonishment as the cashier handling money also handled food again and again without ever washing her hands and with no gloves on her hands. GROSS!!! This is one reason why I prefer Subway — they put on new gloves before making EVERY sandwich. My Italian sub was OK… certainly not great. I won’t return.

I came here last week after several recommendations that their Italian sub was one of the best in the city. I’m going to be honest, I was severely disappointed.
Whomever made this sub, has no idea how to build a proper sandwich. I opened the paper that the sub was wrapped in and it just looked unappealing. The iceberg lettuce (which in my honest opinion, if you care about quality never use iceberg lettuce) was sitting on top out side of the bread. I took one bite and all of the ingredients kept falling out. It was a complete mess trying to eat this thing. It made me so aggravated trying to eat this, I just threw it out half way through.
I use to come here when I was younger to grab a couple slices of pizza, and I personally don’t like Greek styled pizza.
I wanted to give this review a one star, but I’m giving it a two because I’ve only had the Italian and some pizza. I don’t think I will be back though.

I’m sad to say that I have been going to Haverhill house for years and it has just gotten worse and worse! The customer service is awful. After making a large order and getting it delivered, the delivery driver told me he didn’t know the total because it was written to sloppy… He then asked me to read it for him! Then we go to eat our fully loaded steak bomb which was in fact steak on a sub roll with nothing else! We called to complain and the rude owner said, «what would you like me to do? Make you another steak and cheese?» That would have been nice and what I expected since I did pay for it but clearly he doesn’t appreciate the business or the satisfaction of his customers so I will not be ordering from there again. I have had several other customer service issues there previously, the food is only mediocre and entirely over priced. Very disappointing.

Better sub shops around. Food is alright. I do like their pizza but wouldn’t recommend anything else. Try djs in that plaza. A lot cheaper

Pricing on the specials is not honored. Go somewhere that honors their specials. If they don’t have honor– they are without integrity –without integrity there is no trust. How can you trust them to make your meal.

Went to my friend’s house today for Patriot’s game. They ordered sausage cheese pizza, meatball calzones and buffalo chicken wings! AWESOME is all I can say and their delivery as well was very timely! Will have party platters from here if they cater! YUMMY

Haverhill house of pizza is a great little hole in the wall for pizzas and subs. The portions sizes are true to the price and the quality is above average. Ive been there a few times and never had a bad meal. The pizza and mozzarella sticks are off the chain though. The décor is a little bland with some sports memorabilia and a small tv in the corner. The service is fast and very friendly (they will make an effort to remember you if you go somewhat often.) I’m not in Haverhill a lot but when I am there around lunchtime I always stop in.

Such nice people here! They have an extensive menu and are willing to make just about anything if you request it. Salads are great, gyros are terrific, and their pizzas are spectacular. I’m definitely a fan!
