Food isn’t bad but(female) owner behind counter is for the most part miserable. Had been going there for several years because it is convenient to where we live. Spent too much money over the years to be treated like that on multiple occasions. Haven’t been back in almost a year. Haverhill House, DeLeo’s(Groveland) or Nicks(West Newbury) have food just as good with better service.

The affordable prices does NOT make up for the lousy customer service. The young girl working front counter(Friday night, August 14, 8 ish PM) was completely dismissive, disrespectful and unprofessional to my mother. She repeated her order THREETIMES and somehow your«employee» still got it WRONG. Mind you, my mother speaks CLEAR, FLUENT, ENGLISH. My family and I ordered from here for the past 3 years, but tonight you all lost some loyal customers. The quality of your food isn’t good enough to make me want to deal with that type of customer service.

The food is always pretty good(we get cheese pizza usually, but sometimes a box of fried chicken, Buffalo chix calzone or the occasional steak bomb) but the delivery service tends to forget the little things like blue cheese on the side. We live close by and they correct things quickly, but the delivery prroblems prevented 4 stars.

Very good pizza! I love the crust! They have an extensive menu that I’m interested in trying, but haven’t gotten the chance yet. The kitchen is a little on the slow side, so call ahead.

I am completely hooked to this place. Super clean and friendly along with fast delivery. Their subs and twice baked potatoes are out of this world. This is a great local place to eat in or get delivery if you don’t feel like cooking.

I ordered here for the first time about a month ago, and let’s just say I’m hooked. Most of the time when I call in for a delivery, the young lady on the phone is very nice, and is very helpful in recommending things on the menu. Personally, I didn’t not like their steak bomb, it was in my honest opinion, it was hard to eat. I am a really big fan of their pizza. I definitely recommend the specialty pies. If you come here, you have to order the chicken fingers. Seriously one of the best chicken fingers I’ve had in a long time.

This is the standard local pizza family restaurant in a strip plaza with a good menu. The place itself is not that big. It’s order at the counter with overhead menu boards and a few booth seats really crammed in the front corner. The opposite wall is open to the former Bagel Buddies space next door, which is vacant and I think to myself if this pizza joint has any plans to expand the dining area. Okay the food. The menu offerings include pizza, calzones, pasta. subs, salads, appetizers, dinner plates, fried seafood, and creamy clam chowder(on Fridays). The pizza dough is made fresh daily here and the chicken tenders are never frozen. The prices here are fair, many items $ 5-$ 10. Special coupon deals are offered including Mon-Thurs specials: 2 Large Cheese Pizzas($ 13.99) and 3 Small One Topping Pizzas($ 5 each). On my recent visit for lunch the place was really busy and most of the seats were occupied. They didn’t have a few menu items available including the cheeseburger sub and no ready to go pizza slices(during lunch rush?) I really wanted pizza for lunch and was sort of pressed for time. So I ended up getting a small Hawaiian Pizza($ 7.00 plus tax) which was ready in about 20 minutes. This small Hawaiian pizza was loaded with ham & pineapple and very messy, fresh out of the oven. I waited 10 minutes for the pizza to cool off and toppings to settle. The pizza was good, soft thin firm crust. I really needed to get back to NH since the roads were beginning to ice up. I would recommend calling in the order ahead of time because the most of the food here is made to order and may take awhile to be ready. HOURS: Mon-Thurs: 11AM-8:30PM; Fri-Sat: 11AM-9PM; Closed on Sundays DELIVERY all day.
