Comcast Service Center

Comcast has gone completely downhill. After 2 years with Direct TV with very few issues other than weather related events that sometimes scramble the service, I can honestly say that I did not know how good I had it! Going back to Comcast was the worst thing I ever did. Multiple times their set top box would reset itself in the middle of a program, they demanded I get a new modem that will handle triple play even though my own personal modem worked fine for several weeks after a service change, and now as I am writing this, 8 calls to fix a message that popped up while watching the Blacklist that your set top box is no longer active. After going through a huge littany of questions to get to a tech support person and holding for 25 minutes, the call automatically hangs up… never reached a live person… hours wasted. Could not live chat online as no one available to help! Plain and simple… I take my business back to Direct TV. I am calling them tomorrow and will welcome them back. I hate Comcast service.

Comcast has to be the absolute worst cable provider I have ever seen! Everything about them from start to finish is absolutely horrible from the service to the cable constant glitches in their service blackouts drop offs internet going in and out Exedra. Comcast is absolutely horrible I hate them in every way! I wish there was another cable provider in the city of Haverhill Massachusetts.
