Verizon Wireless Authorized Retailer

I would like to give a big thumbs up for the customer service at the Verizon located at BJ’s, Haverhill, MA.
After being disappointed by the customer service at the Verizon in Plaistow, NH I drove over to the Verizon at BJ’S and was immediately greeted by a big smile from Bhuc Tu. His friendly face, big smile, joking personality and his eagerness to help immediately took the headache I developed at the Plaistow store go away.
I highly recommend this agent when looking to upgrade or purchase a Verizon phone.

The haverhill location inside the BJ’s in ward hill is great. it is really convenient and doesn’t have the long wait times that you see at the mall. the guys there are really knowledgeable and go the extra mile. everyone should definitely head there.

No reflection on the store… I just want to vent about verizon service in general. I’m DONE with this service as soon as my contract is up. You sign a 2-​yr contract, you should be able to rely on the device they’ve sold you for 2-​yrs, or allowed a discounted upgrade sooner. Right? Is that too much to ask? Phone has no oustide damage, not even screen scratches!
I did however stop by the stratham store this afternoon after work and though I don’t blame the girl working for the slow service (she was the only one there), when she did come to help me, she basically told me the phone was just old and dying out and that there was nothing they could do, that I should try and go through my insurance. UNBELIEVABLE! So I get home and try to go through my insurance and am having NO LUCK.
BTW this is the SECOND time this has happened to me! My last phone crapped out 1yr in and I bought my current one because they lead me to believe I damaged the phone! (Doubt it!) Needless to say, this will be my last few months EVER getting any service from this company. GOODBYE VERIZON!
