Verizon Authorized Retailer – Wireless Zone

I walked in around 2PM, there were 4 associates each working with someone. It was busy, no problem, it happens. However, no one said hi or greeted me. I waited 25 minutes to buy a screen protector, yup that’s right a $ 20 — $ 30 item. No kiosk to self checkin, person to check me in, or ability to schedule an appointment so I had no idea how long the wait would be. I watched a guy walkout because he waited forever and said to his wife «this is awful». I was 2^nd in line, all of a sudden the line dwindled, some guy named «Eddie» walked in and waited 5 minutes and this kid with black hair and glasses took «Eddie» after I had been waiting. I said to the kid, «I am next, I’ve been here for 25 minutes». I stopwatched the time on my phone because when I walked in I suspected this might happen. He had the audacity to say to me, «Oh Eddie always has quick questions.» I left immediately, what a HORRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!!! Consumers don’t mind waiting if they know how long they’ll be waiting, put me in a queue so I can see on a flat screen. Really, as consumers our time is valuable, all we want is to be treated with respect and loyalty. First come, first serve, what a joke!!! I saw «Eddie» in the parking lot and he apologized for my bad experience and he stated what happened wasn’t right. In the same plaza, I saw the other customer who left with his wife say, «I’ll never go back there again!» I have been a Verizon customer for 4 years and I always pay on time. I called Wireless Zone in Plaistow afterwards and left a message for the store manager, no return call. I am a consumer 1^st and sales rep 2^nd who works in telecom and wireless verticals selling software. The Wireless Zone is comprised of 428 stores owned by a company called GlenTel Inc. Through my contacts in this industry I will be going straight to the top about this very bad experience. DO NOT GO HERE! THEY NEED HELP IN REGARDS TO TREATING PEOPLE, MANNERS, AND TRAINING SPECIFIC TO PROVIDING A VIP CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.

The worst service but best reception. What can do but pay double for good reception or half for inferior reception. I switched to Virgin Mobile and the service was so bad you couldn’t send a picture through a text. So here I am held hostage with Verizon. Nevermind the cost of an iPhone. What’s it cost 20.00 to make them?
