Quality Inn

We didn’t have high hopes after staying in a Quality Inn in Illinois that gave us the heebie-​jeebies, but made the reservation because they had a room that could accommodate our five kids. We were delighted to find this hotel clean, quiet, and VERY comfortable! And the two room suite we booked was fantastic… three queens and a fold out sofa, a Jack-​and-​Jill bathroom, and double sinks PLUS a kitchen sink near the fridge and microwave… for $ 10 more than the run-​down double queen and unmade hide-​a-​bed room from the previous night. What a difference!
Breakfast was okay, and the hotel lacks an elevator, but on the whole it was absolutely worth the 15-​minute diversion from the interstate. We’ll be returning to this one when we can!
