BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!
From the front desk to the housekeepers, and more… Everyone at this hotel made the stay wonderful. We had a slight room issue and the manager fixed it right away. Beds were comfy, pillows were fluffy, towels were fresh and rooms were very clean.
Pool was great for the kids, fresh hot FREE breakfast with stay.
Worth the money to stay here.
Walmart, grocery store, and shopping center nearby.
Book in advance, softball complex right next to hotel.

After an exceptionally long day on the road, it was a relief to land here. The hotel is clean and the staff is outstanding– from the front desk manager to the dining room staff– all were friendly, energetic, and customer orientated. The rooms are quiet and clean; the beds were so comfy we ended up sleeping in a bit. The breakfast was the best so far on this road trip. Eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, fruit– and a lot more. This is the best stay for your buck!!! We did have some noisy girls staying next door– softball team– the front desk took care of it quickly and professionally. I can’t say enough about the staff!

I stayed here for a week during a recent trip to Hastings and was very impressed. The rooms was great with all of the amenities and the service and staff were exemplary. The only part that was not as good as I have seen at other places was the breakfast. The waffle machine was out of order for most of my stay and the hot food felt REALLY processed. Other than that, I would def stay there again should I find myself back in central Nebraska any time soon.
