Loved Polished!!! First time here and my nails are amazing!!! Nice atmosphere, friendly and skilled staff. Didnt feel the tech was rushing though she wasnt slow either. Needless to say I will be a returning customer.

So I’m new to the area and was needing to get my eyebrows waxed. I looked up other salons but was surprised at the pricing. Many of the places $ 20 – 21 for eyebrows. But I’m glad I found this place on Unilocal.The salon was very cute, staff was polite on the phone, and the girl that did my eyebrows was super nice. And she did an awesome job on my eyebrows! And she only charges $ 10. But as a side note bring cash for tips. I highly recommend this place!

My sister and I got our nails done there for my wedding and it was great. Heather did my manicure and not only is she really talented but she is also really sweet. All of the women we met that day were great. The salon is stylish and they go above and beyond to make you feel pampered.

I was referred here from a fellow Unilocaler. She was right on the money!
My nail tech was John and he was great! I am recently relocating to the west bank and not familiar with where to go for this and that so when sent here I was excited about a new place.
Met all my expectations. We made friendly chit chat while he did his work. My nails were in embarrassingly bad shape but he didn’t make me feel uncomfortable about it. I have tiny hands and tiny nail beds on top of wanting short acrylics. Some places try to talk me out of what I want but he did not. He did exactly what I wanted and I am now a loyal follower! Try them! It was a great place. I felt very comfortable.

Went in today on a recommendation from a friend and was not disappointed. The shop is very clean. It is busy so it’s best to make an appointment. I had a standard manicure and pedicure and both were awesome! The nail technicians were all extremely and friendly and all seem to do a great job. Highly recommended.

The services here were lied about. The front desk girl listened to me say I wanted gel, I inquired ohh it’s only $ 5. She said great lets get you gel polish. Then at the end of my service they rang me up and charged me $ 20 for gel polish. I argued with the owner and she refused to listen to how her staff lied to me about pricing. I would never return. Their rude, and the front desk girl Brittany laughed in my face and told me how she didn’t care. What an awful place!

I love this cute little place! Great service! All of the girls there are very sweet! I got gel nails before I went on vacation for a wedding and it is nearing two weeks and they look like I just got them done! They take their time, do a quality job, and as one reviewer stated they had a great tv selection! Recommend! I will be going back!

I absolutely love polished. They accommodate me every time I visit. They are incredibly patient with my young daughter. They will do anything that she asks. My nails look beyond fabulous. Every nail artist there goes beyond the call of duty. This is the only nail salon on the Westbank that I will go to. It is clean, and the girls are quite friendly. I simply love Polished!!!

Two of my friends sent me here months ago and I have consistently returned every two weeks. I love every set of nails I receive here, I usually get acrylic with gel overlay and sometimes designs. Heather does my nails, but Christie and Aubry have also taken care of me and have done a great job! I love coming here because all the girls are so friendly and there is a great relaxed (but still professional) vibe. Because they work by appointments here they never become overbooked and the nail techs really take their time. I have an eye for detail so it’s well appreciated :) I get compliments on my nails all the time so I keep the salon business card on me. Well worth the money, highly recommend!

Easily one of the best nail spas I have been to. My nail technician was Christie and she did a wonderful job on my nails. Two weeks later and the polish is still glossy with no chipping or fading. By the way, this is with regular polish, not gel. I got an acrylic fill with nail design and the Signature pedicure. Nyguen (sp?) did my pedicure. Although my nails turned out great, my pedicure left a lot to be desired. I got the Signature Pedicure which costs $ 40 and is supposed to last an hour. However, my pedicure was over within 40 – 45 minutes. She barely massaged my feet & legs. Plus, my feet didn’t feel any softer than when I walked in. So, I don’t think I’ll be getting a pedicure here again. Other than that, my experience was great.

Went here today for the first time and it was a great experience from start to finish. Just FYI they mostly work by appointments so call ahead. I made the mistake of just walking in but Heather was really awesome and squeezed me in. They have a wide selection of colors and look as if they stay updated with the latest ones. The girls are all awesome as well. It felt like I was hanging with girlfriends. It’s very laid back and the conversations are flowing leaving no topic off limits. They also had my favorite show streaming on the TV and are willing to change it to a certain episode or show if you like. Heather took the time to get to know me and reference me by name. She seems to have a relationship with all of her clients which is really important in any business.
