My sister was in there this morning to get a pedicure, the owner I suppose, told her she was too fat to sit in her chairs she might break them. Overweight gals you may want to stay clear of this place if you don’t want to get insulted. I can only imagine what there talking about as they do your nails.

The girl did a good job on my nails. But, she was the only one working and she was on her phone the entire time. I felt disrespected. She only talked to be for literally 2 minutes, and was talking on the phone the rest of the time. She stopped my service to wax another clients eyebrows and left me there with long acrylic on, that was frustrating.
There was a 25% off Unilocal offer and I showed her but she said it wasn’t a real thing. I won’t be coming back to this location.

Absolutely the most horrible service I have ever received. The girl was on her phone the entire time. What’s worse is that I couldn’t tell if she was talking to me or if she was on the phone. When she was talking to me I wouldn’t respond bc I didn’t know whether or not she was talking to me she would yell at me. I almost bitch slapped this girl bc she was so rude. Than she proceeds to put a dusty tag under my hands for a mani. everyone looks mad here and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Nice customer service very courteous my daughter didn’t have to wait long at all she got full set & nail polish, nice thing about them everyone speak clear English so you can understand what they’re saying and asking, the place very nice, clean…

Terrible! whole time the girl kept us waiting while she talked on the phone! when she did work, she stayed on her phone about some lawyer! I’m still sitting here waiting to get my pedicure! And when we asked is anyone else also do pedicure they girl starts yelling at her coworker! Never again! This place is not what I expected! Horrible! First class is not keeping up with their name! Horrible service!

Service was horrible no communication whatsoever, everyone looks mad they seem like they didn’t want to be there. waited forever and the service was rushed. What a waste of space. I wouldn’t even give a star if that was an option.

Horrible service, nails look okay. Did a pedi and a full set praising god I didn’t do more. 3 hours for a non detailed job, and a simple pedi. Staff was rude, very uncommunicative. Didn’t offer advice to caring for the manicure or advice on anything such as how to care for dry feet or dry hands. Terrible at answering questions when you do ask.
Guest were skipped, it was terrible. Service so bad I’m for sure going to think twice before trying a newer and closer to home salon.
I’ll be sticking to my ladies on magazine!!! After that, it’s well worth the drive to down town New Orleans.
