I give this place 3 stars. Definitely not worth the price you pay for frozen yogurt. The facilities and everything is nice, but what you pay is not worth it. I got a small tub of yogurt and it was TWELVE DOLLARS. Plus they charge by oz. not pounds. I wouldn’t spend anymore money here, nor do I see this place staying in business for much longer.

Hartville used to have several different options for ice cream or frozen yogurt, Then, all of a sudden, the only thing left was getting ice cream at a fast food chain. It’s about time that Hartville gets another option.
I know some people have their opinions about their favorite self serve froyo places, but for me none of them really stick out above the others.
Top It Off has a good selection of flavors which in my opinion is the most important part and I think they have a fairly wide variety of toppings. The thing I like best about this place is that it’s a local independent store (as far as I know) and I’ll probably choose it over most other froyo places for that very reason.
