Great hand crafted gin and vodka. The place was hard to find as it was hidden in the back of the car dealership. The tasting and the tour was very basic but inforamitive. Nice small operation everything done by hand.

If you ask me, I’ll say Caledonia Spirit produce the best hand crafted Gin ever. They also produce Vodka, Corn Whiskey and a barrel Aged Gin named Tom Cat (which is really smoky!). They also produce their own honey and other organic produces. I simply love this place. I wish they could have a tasting room. If you decide to visit them, be vigilant: the distillery is hidden behind some local business.

Caledonia Spirits has ruined me. RUINED ME! I can’t be satisfied with other Gins anymore. They make the only Vodka I have every enjoyed. I just got a bottle of their Tom Cat and it is magic. I am losing my mind trying to get my hands on their new Early Riser corn whiskey. Truly, they are my absolutely favorite purveyor of spirits and I’m so lucky because they are local. Are they expensive? Yes. Is it worth twice that? Double yes. If you want to enjoy a perfect adult beverage every time, no need for mixers, just skip everything else and bring home anything with the Barr Hill label.
