I had already been to quite a few stores before stopping in here and I’m not sure if I was tired or if they just weren’t the best sales people. I was greeted right when I walked in and of on their special sleep matching bed so that it could ready my body and tell me what type of bed was best for me. Then with not much explanation of why we went on to trying the beds it spit out. I think after the day I had I would know what beds work for me! So as we are trying beds I noticed that this was the first sales guy to kind of hover but not really have any information on why the bed worked for me or what made it different from the others. Once I became pretty uninterested the heavy sales tactics started. They attempted to sale me a floor model bed… Which mind you wasn’t one of the «special ones» their software spit out so who knows if it really was the bed for me. Once I said no, since I would have to pick it up and it would have no warranty they came up with lets just say «creative» ways to get it to my home. I don’t want to judge anyone but it made me really uneasy the plan they came up with. I quickly made up a reason as to why I had to leave and believe that these folks will never see me or my money again!
As far as inventory is was a pretty decent size space so they had a lot of beds. I just think they were more concerned with selling the floor models than really helping me understand the beds. I also wish they could have gave or shown me the paper that was printed out instead of offering to jot something down on a post it. It all seemed really shady and odd.

Their overpriced mattresses, fake sale, and extremely high pressure sales tactics had me walk out. Don’t get caught in their trap. If a store has to use high pressure sales tactics, that’s a huge red flag. And to the manager there telling me that big lots does not sell serta perfect sleeper mattresses, yes they do. Their store sells a mattress for 700 (after their fake 50% off sale), that big lots sells for 350.

Just bought from Jennifer at Mattress Warehouse and the process was so pleasant! We saved and that’s great by us!
She was knowledgable and not pushy. Walked us through trying mattresses, ones perfect for us! Loved the process. Will update after delivery tomorrow.

I just purchased a mattress set and frame from this store. The salesman was fine. The prices were decent. However, the delivery process was problematic. The rest of this review is an explanation of that problematic process.
They offered next day delivery, but called back within an hour of us leaving the store to reschedule delivery because the frame was not going to be available. So the delivery was rescheduled for 3 days later. Then the next day I received a voicemail from the delivery people with a window of 2−5pm for delivery. I was surprised the original delivery had not been cancelled and called the delivery people back to ask if the frame was included since it wasn’t supposed to be available. The delivery guy said it was just the mattress set, but changed his story when I told him we had rescheduled because I wanted to receive the frame and mattresses at the same time.
So I figured I’d be optimistic that they truly did have the frame and worst case I’d have the mattresses to sleep on if not. After spending $ 2500 on the set it was inconvenient in my opinion to have to be available twice for the delivery as it was, but I was excited to get my mattresses right away. I took apart my old bed and made the space available in my room right after that call, but I had an errand to run and regrettably I got home at 2:27pm. Unfortunately the delivery guys had come and left by then. I understand that they couldn’t wait for me, and the failure to cancel was on the original salesman’s part, but the delivery guy was not exactly courteous on the phone with me which I felt was unnecessary. I am now still waiting for the call from the delivery people to yet again reschedule the already rescheduled delivery appointment.
I wouldn’t spend my money here again because of this and I regret forking over 2.5k for such a broken delivery process.

This is more of the walmart of mattress stores. The salesman was friendly and not pushy, but didn’t offer any information on the difference between the mattresses. We did find a mattress we liked, but felt like we knew nothing about it. After researching online, we discovered that the one we liked was discontinued. Prices are good, but knowledgeable salesman were lacking.
