I am pretty happy with my final decision to purchase from these guys! I went in early on a Sunday morning and Heather greeted me with a warm smile and asked how she could help me get a good nights sleep. I told her about how i had been trying beds for days and she took pity in how tired I was. She didnt go over all the basics again but she made sure I understood what I was looking at and she knew what I was looking for. I explained to her my needs and we tried a few beds. I left to think about it and came back to talk to her again because she was one the the most patient people I worked with and really listened to what I wanted and needed. Heather was knowledgeable about the beds and made sure she was informing me of all my options without steering me in one direction or the other. I also loved that she wasnt pushy with sales tactics but more concerned that i was making the best decision for me.
When I came back I shared my budget with her and she was able to help me find the best bed at the best price! She and John were a pleasure to talk to and work with during the check out process. John was even super helpful with a price adjustment when I went back the next day because I noticed a competitor had the bed on sale for a lower cost. The check out process was painless and I actually enjoyed the bed testing process with Heather!
We set the delivery date for next day (for FREE!!!) and the delivery window was only four hours, while other stores just gave me a day. The start of the window came around (12pm) and i went to call the 1800 number to see when they would arrive and I heard a knock on the door. The delivery guys were quick in switching out my old bed for the new one and even took off their shoes without prompting. This was such a quick and painless experience with them and pleasant from beginning to end!

I purchased a new mattress, box spring, and mattress protector liner. The sales associate threw in a set of 2 free pillows! Woohoo!
The delivery went smoothly and they even put together and set up the bed for me.

Ann was Extremely helpful in figuring out what mattress was best for me. Took her time and did not make me feel like I was rushed. Both Ann and Dee we were working at the time have attention to personal detail and excellent customer service. I’m would definitely refer my friends and family to this Mattress Discounters
