Only 2 luggage carts for the entire hotel to share really? Dirty carpets dirty showers lights didn’t work heat didn’t work in 2^nd bedroom dirty mirrors noisy heat in master bedroom not the nicest staff Ethernet port didn’t work but good breakfast though

I really like this hotel. It’s 2 hotels in one. The first 7 floors are dedicated to one hotel in the Hilton System. The top — from the 8^th floor on up are all suites — roomy and clean. The giant shopping mall and that casino are just up the road. Friendly staff. The Air Conditioners are really dated and loud. The free breakfast opens just a tad too late. I rolled out of the hotel at 6am and it must open later– never saw it. Free dinner is offered Monday thru Thursday. Bathroom lighting is rather dim.
Other than that — not bad — not bad at all.

Front desk was very friendly and eager to help with questions about the local area. Staff was friendly, breakfast was average. Room should of been cleaner as the white curtains had dark stains on the and found an old contact lenses on the counter.
The pool and hot tub had potential to be nice but were long overdue for a scrubbing. The lifeguard also just sat in his chair fixated in his phone as 6 children under the age of 10 where in the pool unsupervised. Dirty towel bin was also overflowing.
All in all a decent and I would stay again if the price was right. But the presentation of the amenities and attention to detail by the hotel staff needs to improve.

No cookies, no bottle of water for a Silver HHonor Member. Also, no TNT during the NBA playoffs. Really guys? It’s included on the tv channel list that is provided to guests, but, according to staff, they didn’t renew the channel when the contract expired. If there were a season to have that contract, it would be during the NBA playoffs. Someone did not think that one through.

Great hotel, clean, big rooms, quiet, near BWI airport. Free breakfast and dinner. The staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the free shuttle. First shuttle is at 5am, even though I asked for one at 445am when I checked in and checked out at 430am and the shuttle is sitting at the front door, engine running and the driver sleeping at the wheel.

Our family stayed for two nights last week to attend my father’s funeral. When my wife made reservations on short notice, the manager quickly found us a room (and then a free upgrade) and we were able to stay in the upgraded room for a second night for the same points rate as the smaller room.
They also provided us a lovely welcome basket with a very kind sympathy note. Completely unexpected.
As for the hotel, it’s pretty new very clean, very quiet, we were able to bring our dog, the indoor pool was nice (check though, their hours are limited during the week) and every member of the staff was very nice.
Free breakfast and dinners were fine, nothing special, but there are many many restaurants nearby in the mall (not within walking distance, btw) and the casino. Plenty of free parking.
All-​in-​all, it was a most gracious stay and a wonderful way to relax unwind during an extremely stressful time.

My husband, 4-​month old daughter, and I stayed here for a few weeks while moving from Hawaii to Maryland. We really enjoyed the time spent at the hotel. Large clean rooms, free hot breakfast, an indoor pool, and super helpful staff helped make us feel at home.
The hospitality here was over the top! To ensure my baby had the milk she needed when I went back to work, we overnighted frozen milk to the hotel. My husband coordinated everything with Zach ahead of time. He accepted the package and ensured it was promptly placed in our freezer to keep it from spoiling. We couldn’t have been more grateful for his help!
We also often saw management during breakfast or dinner and they made us feel like family.
I would definitely recommend this hotel– from families to businessmen, from short to long term stays and everything in between!

Stays here include week-​night dinner buffets and daily breakfast buffets. Unfortunately the hours of said meals are quite limited and in our entire week-​long stay, neither my brother nor I were able to take advantage of the meals. On a business stay I would expect that we would have made at least some of the meals but we were there on a personal visit so the meal-​times just didn’t work for us.
Apparently the hotel is pet friendly and there is no fee for parking. It’s conveniently located by BWI and access to the highways and they offer complimentary wi-​fi and wired internet.
As for the room we stayed in (on the 9^th floor), I slept on the sofa bed which was beyond UNcomfortable. My brother had the bedroom and was happy with the comfort of his king-​sized bed. Our shower had terrible water pressure and was very difficult to adjust to a comfortable temp. Our mini-​kitchen was properly equipped. The suite (actually the entire establishment) was very clean and tastefully decorated. It was also very quiet, especially for being so close to the airport.
All in all, a good place to stay. We never complained about the shower so I’m expecting (hoping) other suites have better water pressure but don’t actually know. I would stay again — but not on the pull out.

This Homewood Suites is co-​located with Hilton Garden Inn Baltimore/​Arundel Mills. The building is a little older, but the location is great!
