We are very pleased with the overall service we received while shopping for our new mattresses. Friendly, knowledgeable and unimposing while helping us find the right fit.

I am very happy that some people have had a good experience with this store. If I could give a minus star review I would. I wanted a TempurPedic and was told it was in stock and could be delivered that very day. Opps, not in stock but would be delivered in a week. OK. A week later I was told to expect delivery between 4 and 6 on Saturday afternoon. Fine. At 3:46 on Saturday the delivery people called and said they would be there in 20 minutes. I called them 45 minutes later and was told they were «with a customer». I called again at 5 and at 6. I called the salesman (Ray) and the delivery people. Evidently the truck had a flat tire but it was being worked on. I waited. The salesman went home when the store closed. The delivery man didn’t answer his phone. And I waited. No one had the courtesy to even call me not to expect delivery that night. I started the search for my mattress the next day and for some reason it was in the truck along the side of the road along with other mattresses but no one could move them. And so another day passed. The matter was finally resolved and I eventually received the mattress. I should mention that I have previously received great delivery service when dealing with the San Francisco and Fresno stores so perhaps this was just a fluke. But this experience indicates a total failure to communicate with the customer and a really screwed up delivery system. Which will make me think twice before dealing with this company again.

My husband and I went in to just browse the inventory at the new location in Hanford. We were greeted by Phil Herrera. He took his time and took us on a «journey» of mattress’. We didn’t know what we needed or even wanted and he took care of that for us. We tried all different types and we fell in love with a Sealy Hyrbid. We got the very best deal and he answered all questions and concerns I had. He didn’t mind that I asked so many random questions and wasn’t rushing to get any deal. He understood that this was a large purchase for us and he took his time. We ended up being so happy with what we found and the offer that included some great perks and military discount we had to purchase our new mattress!
