I had a pleasant experience at this store. Walked in and was helped right away and I walked out with my furniture purchased and delivery time set for the same day since they had what I wanted in stock. They delivered my furniture, set it up and everything was gtg. Will definitely be back because I have some more things I want. I’m really shocked at the bad reviews, I was hesitant at first because of it, but glad that I took a risk. I’m happy with my furniture.

Unfortunately I did not receive my furniture as promised on November 30th I did not get it till almost three weeks later. When I did receive it it came in pieces where they had to put it together. After sitting on it for 3 weeks the sofa set you can actually feel the particle board through the feet and through the arm sections. It is very cheaply made. When I called after the holidays because of holiday rush and asked if I could exchange for better quality furniture they said I only have two weeks for the exchange. I will not shop there ever again. And I will not send others there.

I went here earlier this month to purchase a mattress, box spring, and metal railing for the bed. I was told it would take 1 – 2 weeks for my order to come in because they didn’t have it in store at the time. I waited 2 weeks and 3 days until i finally got my order in. When i called to check on my order at about 1 week 5 days, they told me they had no order under my name and it scared me since i paid for my whole order in cash. Eventually we figured things out and found out that the employee who helped me misspelt my name(even though i gave him my ID at the time of purchase.) when the order came in, mom picked up my bed for me from when i was at work, she had my receipt and a guy helped her load everything into her van. We came home and realized they forgot to gave us the rails which really sucked. I called back the next day and asked for a refund on the rails because i found some for cheaper, and a guy told me he would call me whenever my check was ready for pick up. I waited 5 days, no call, just to call them back and find out the manager had no idea what i was talking about. These people seem like they have no idea what they’re doing and are always getting things mixed up. I just want me refund back and im not sure if i will ever come back… Very disappointed. Update: Finally received my refund check in the mail and my last name is spelt wrong despite the fact that i handed several people my ID there while going to ask about the check and while placing my order in the first place. Now i am going to have to wait even longer to get it corrected so my bank will accept it. I would give this place 0 stars if possible.

My mom was wanting a few pieces of furniture and didn’t want to spend a lot of money. She picked out a small dinette, sofa, 2 matching rocker recliners, a small end table and they were all in stock except one for one of the recliners. We ordered the one recliner and we were told it would be in on Tuesday.(We bought everything on Saturday) And yes today is Tuesday and they were in as promised. Matt was our salesperson and he was extremely professional, friendly and helpful. As soon as we walked in he greeted us and explained where everything was located. We said we wanted to look around and he respected that and let us browse the store. When we had questions, he was available. I appreciated the fact that he was patient with my mom, who is a older and likes to chat a lot! Customer service is very important and if we hadn’t received that upon arriving we probably would have turned around and left. There were other salespeople walking around and I did notice they weren’t as friendly. I don’t understand that when a customer is in a store and a staff member walks by and can’t even say hello. They just walk by looking straight ahead so not to make eye contact… strange. So again, Thanks Matt for making our shopping trip fast and easy.

I have always had a great experience at this store. The sales staff is knowledgeable with everything they have on floor and will always go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. I have purchased multiple pieces and have friends that shop there frequently as well and always receive great service. This is the first store I check when looking for furniture. Great store!

I would give less than 1 star if I could. So I go in looking for a mattress for my son and walk towards the back to look around. The guy that was at the rear counter was eating something and greeted me with a «what’s up?». Unprofessionalism is up. I looked around at the over priced veneered merchandise and asked about a mattress set. 269 for a full set that was of horrible quality. I walked out and went to lemoore mattress and more. 200 for a set and metal bed frame. This is only and last time I go to sofa and oak liquidators.

I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with this business. My husband and I went on there 3 weeks ago to order and pick up some barstools and a dining room table with chairs(because a good friend of mine got her living room set through the one in Visalia and said she had a great experience) so, I figured it would be the same for me. Boy, was I mistaken. First off, we were going to just pick up some barstools off the showroom floor because they had like, 10, in stock. They were ALL wobbly! We even stood them up on a dresser, because they’re floors in that store are uneven, and they were still wobbly… So, we ended up ordered 2 barstools with a dining room table and 4 chairs. We paid in full for EVERYTHING, got our receipt and the guy helping us said the barstools should be there on the next delivery day and the table/chairs would be in 2 – 3 weeks. Our barstools came in 4 days late AND I had to call THEM to find out that they were finally in. When we came to pick them up, guess what… Still wobbly. We ended up picking the LEAST wobbly ones out of the entire store, which one one that we ordered, and one off the floor. That isn’t even the bad part my friends… Two weeks from the order date go by, I call the store… They tell me the table isn’t in yet, but to let them call the wear house to see if it just didn’t come in on the load yet. They call me back and say, «Yes ma’am, it should be coming in on our next delivery day.» So, I wait… Their next delivery day comes and goes, I was at work all day and completely forgot to call them(which, I shouldn’t have to anyway, they should call ME). SO, three weeks from the order date go by and I give the store yet another call. The manager tells me my table/chairs still aren’t in and that he’ll call the wear house to see if they’re there. He calls me back telling me that they are not in the wear house and that he actually called the manufacturer and that the table/chairs had been DISCONTINUED! Really? So, apparently, the guy who took my order decided he would take my payment in full, but not check if the product I was paying over $ 600 for was even in stock. I was absolutely livid. I went into the store, ended up getting a full refund after they couldn’t find the table anywhere(as a display or otherwise). They couldn’t put my refund back to our card, so they had to mail us out a CHECK, which btw, irritated me as well because any business is supposed to be able to refund your money the way you paid… I had to go out of my way to go to the bank to deposit this check! But, hey I guess I got my money back? Then, the manager hands us a card that would take 15% off of our next purchase from there. Nice thought, but there’s no way in hell I’ll ever purchase from you guys again.
