This restaurant definitely has the biggest seafood menu I have ever seen. Two of us wanted to try seafood and the other 2 wanted to try something besides seafood. To start off the chips and salsa were so tasty. Freshly made chips that were still warm. The non seafood menu is very small. A few burritos, enchiladas and tacos. When ordering tacos there is no combination so beans and rice have to be added as a side item. With that said, everything was very good. The rice is not your typical tomato based Spanish rice. It’s more of a rice pilaf and very very good. Beans were good as well. We also ordered the Shrimp Diablo… thats my usual selection when trying a new to me Mexican restaurant. It had a great flavor… but no heat at all. For someone that doesn’t like spicy hot it would be great, but Shrimp Diablo should be a little hot. The price was extremely reasonable. Four of us ate with 2 beers and 2 soft drinks and the total was under $ 50.00. The one negative was the loud TV blaring. Besides being so loud it was showing music videos that weren’t kid friendly. Actually they were pretty bad for a family restaurant. If we had had children with us we probably would have left… thats how risqué they were.

The food here is delicious! I was skeptical at first considering this location seems to be bad luck for all the other mexican restaurants that have occupied the place in the past. The seafood is fresh! The food alltogether is authentic. I will say that it is on the expensive side, but the portions are huge so its worth it. The waitresses always give a warm welcome and are super friendly. The restaurant is always clean. Although I haven’t been on a Friday, I was told it is their busy night and they have a live band. I now make a visit once a week because it is that good.
