I cannot say enough positive things about ashford and grace. They completely saved the day when I thought there was no way I was going to get the engagement ring I wanted within our budget, but Jay blew us away! I had found a ring that I completely fell in loved with from a somewhat small custom jeweler in manhattan, but to my extreme disappointment they were unable to procure the diamond that I wanted, and refunded my fiancé’s money without really settling our issue. We walked into the local shoprite just to see if we could find something else we liked, and one of the employees gave us Jay’s phone number. He and my fiancée spoke for 45 minutes and Jay told him he could blow the original design out of the water. He beyond exceeded our expectations! He custom made a rose gold ring, with a pear shaped diamond, that literally took my breath away when I saw it. My fiancée and I trust them with anything from this point on, and I am so happy they could save the day!
