Fair prices and service, my clothes always come back looking great, I’ve been coming here for years.

If I could give this place no stars, I would! I have been coming here for years (I’m not sure why I felt loyal to them) but I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!! I had a dress dry cleaned there and when I went to pick it up, it wasn’t ready but yet she charged me for it!!! I went back a second time and it STILL wasn’t ready and NEITHER was the shirt I was there to pick up! The woman behind the counter told me it would be ready that day because he (the owner) had it on the press. Um, it should have been done by then. She asked me when I would be back to pick it up. I said on Monday (it was a Sat,) and the woman behind the counter had the audasity to ask me when on Monday I was coming. If it was supposed to be done that day, then why would it make a difference when I pick it up??? Needless to say this isn’t the first or second time I had a problem with them, but it is DEFINATELY the last. I AM REFERRING TO THE ONE ON DIXWELL AVE. NOT THIS LOCATION!!!

My first visit went semi well and I will explain why.
I dropped my things off on Monday, I told her it could be ready for Thursday because I wasn’t in a rush, I was getting my winter jackets cleaned early because I am going away.
I come in 11 am today (Thursday) gave the guy my slip who was making fun of the hispanic people working there and was told my pieces wouldn’t be ready till 3. The funny thing was, I had a jacket that was a ridiculously bright green and saw it on their racks and told him but he said to come back. I was tired, and hungry and decided not to argue. I was almost home and I said why the hell did I let that guy do that? (My thought was WHY AM I WASTING MY GAS MONEY).
I called, talked to a supervisor who apologized and had my pieces ready when I walked in (because they were there). She took care of the problem accordingly and made up for my troubles. However the worker looked at me and decided not to apologize. She obviously was nice and professional but that worker probably needs a serious lesson on customer service.
I will go back because my jackets came back beautiful and they replaced the buttons. I don’t think they’re prices are all that bad either. Of course I’m hopeful that my next experience will be better. Maybe Mr. Jerkface will be gone. =)

Wow do I even have to give this place one star! Three years later and me and my wife still talk about this place (and refer to it as rain blows). I went there a few times with my nice dress shirts. Each time I would pick my shirts up, same result; missing or broken buttons. I asked them to replace them, which they would, but they never seemed to have the same colored button. So all my nice work shirts either have missing buttons or different color buttons. When I complained to the manager she said «this always happens, it’s just part of taking your shirts to the dry cleaners». Really??? That’s funny because I’ve never had that problem before or since going there.

Friendly service and quick service. They even knew how to do Military Creases. Not bad if you ask me. I like going to them every time I have an inspection coming up with my reserves. I suggest them to anyone in the are because the price is right (COME ON DOWN!) and the people are awesome!
