I have been to Dolce Vida in Hamden a couple of times and have had a very pleasant experience. I received the IPL treatment and was so happy with my results and the time that Scott took with me to explain the process and make me feel comfortable. I will definitely be a returning customer and felt that the prices here are very competitive.

I had the best massage ever! This was a gift for my Birthday and I was in Heaven. Melissa has heavenly hands she definitely knows where and areas I needed help. As a fitness instructor for many years I really needed lots of areas of relief and she accomplished that. I would highly recommend the deep tissue massage to everyone! I will be back! Thank you for your services! Will recommend to all of my clients as well.

I will elaborate tomorrow but today I am disappointed by their greed!!! this is how you will loose your customers and eventually your business dear P. A Scott :) watch out consumers!!! they charge a lot for their diluted solutions… you get what you pay for if they try to sell you we have the best prices in ct and celebrities book with them. none of those make any better as far as injecting goes… so who gives damn if Sharon stone was with Scott getting bottox ?! I don’t and i did not appreciate the ferry tales… no no no they need to go out of town or visit some professionals who know what they are doing in order to stay in business

Really surprised to read negative reviews about the Shelton location. I’ve been to Shelton and Hamden many times and can’t say enough good things about Scott, Stephanie, Jamie, Rose and everyone else. I’ve had Radiesse, a hydra facial and a fabulous massage; one of the best I’ve ever had. And no, I’m not a staff member. I can recommend DV without any reservations. So glad I discovered them!

The Hamden location is such a fun, sleek location! The staff is excellent and go between Shelton and Hamden.
The only downfalls to this location are the parking, which is limited, and the fact it is next door to the hair salon which at times can be noisy/busy. However, the atmosphere in the salon is very relaxing. The girls are always helpful!
I’ve had procedures done by Scott in both locations, and would highly recommend his services no matter which location he’s in. Bonus points for groupon coupons!

I had a massage sampler from Groupon. My one hour deep tissue massage was heavenly. She concentrated on my shoulders, like I requested. There was a back scrub treatment that was relaxing with a warm towel. I also had a complimentary eye treatment. I can’t wait to try the hot stone and lava shell massage. The atmosphere is sparse compared to other spas, but there is still a comfortable table and soothing music. There may be just one employee available, so be patient if the door is locked. To my delight, they even offered a secondary coupon for deep tissue massages for ~$ 40. There is a private lot in the back of the facility. The spa shares space with a salon next door.
