I have been using Executive for the last three years. They have always under-promised and over-delivered. I trust my most valuable and delicate garments to them without hesitation. This is a family business and it shows. I highly recommend Executive Cleaners.

2nd time I’ve been to the Hamden location. Once for dry cleaning that looked and smelled like it had never been cleaned and once to get my pants tailored. Brand new pants with tags still on them and the ticket specifically said to let the pants DOWN an inch. They took them up an inch and cut the fabric so they couldn’t even be fixed. terrible experience both time. should have known a chain dry cleaner would only care about pumping out orders and not about the customer. zero stars.

I have used Executive cleaners for over a year now. I drive from Cheshire for the price. You cannot beat the prepay shirt price! So, I had done a batch of shirts in early December and they came back with an odd smell. I returned them to the store and they redid all of them and they came back fine. I gave them 5 stars because of how they handled this situation and they are very nice to deal with! It is easy to give people a good grade when they do well in normal situations, but this was not and they handle it like a pro and kept my business!

Extremely dissatisfied. Brought in an Anthropologie quilt and pillowcases to be drycleaned. After getting both the pillow cases and the quilt back, the cotton on the inside was completely balled up, when it should have been flat. It looks like it was just put in a washing machine instead of dry cleaned… funny for a dry cleaners, right? Brought all the ruined material back here(total cost of over $ 500) and the man working at the store said we needed to speak with the owner in the Milford location, so he gave her number to us, which we called and left a message. The owner, apparently got the message and had someone else call us, who said that they realized that they ruined the quilt and pillowcases but they were unwilling to accept responsibility for what they did. Bottom line: ruined my stuff, terrible, awful customer service, refused to accept responsibility. STAYAWAY from this business at all costs.
