Very good experience. Had the Homewrecker. Food was good. Flavorful and the price was right. I visit Moe’s quite frequently however I am compelled to write this for two reasons. The staff were top notch. I went during the lunch rush. Busy as it was they were very friendly and accommodating. Next was a seasonal salsa they had at their salsa bar. Ghost pepper salsa. I love spicy food and this stuff was nose running good. Try it before it is gone

The huge serving of chips they add to each meal are very bland, no flavor at all. The to-go tacos I ordered did not hold up, did not hold their crunch. By the time I got back to my desk at work to eat them, they had grown soggy, and like the chips, were fairly flavorless. The chopped tomatoes were slush. Compared to Chipolte, quite disappointing.

I ate here for dinner last night and woke up feeling sick in the middle of the night. From this morning I have not felt good at all and have been visiting the bathroom nonstop. All I ate was the chips and white cheese quaso sauce. I am conpilating on going to the ER because even with Imodium, I can’t keep crackers and ginger ale down. This is truly horrible. I just tried to call the restaurant and after several rings it went to a machine. I’m never eating here again!

for what it is, it’s good. the«welcome to moe’s» was a little anemic. pretty clean. cheerful, careful service. the staff will ask you two or three times about your order, to make sure they are getting it right. nice rapport with all kinds of customers. gf-friendly. they used to offer fish but I don’t see that on the menu anymore. too bad. inexpensive, straight-ahead, fresh and made to order. cmon down.

I come here all the time. Normally once a week. People are nice. Food is quality. Love the queso. They also have the magic coke machine which I love! Can’t beat the deal. Also, customers get coupons and rewards. Love it!

I like this place over chipotle. Really good deal on Mondays-something like $ 5 for a burrito bowl and that’s WITH guac. Never busy which some will suggest is a bad thing but personally waiting in a gigantic line when I need to get back to work is a big turnoff to me so this place beats chipotle in that department for sure. And the awesome salsa bar is a huge highlight for me. Ranging from weak mild green salsa to decent almost hot red salsa. Skip the mango because it’s gross. For fast casual«Mexican,» I’m a fan.

Pretty underwhelming performance. For $ 7.50 we received the smallest burrito I’ve ever ordered, though it was tasty. When we asked why it was so small, the cashier responded that it might be a junior burrito(it wasn’t) and that each person makes burritos their own way. Stars are for the taste and friendly(though not particularly helpful) staff.

Good burritos. Lots of choices. I liked the chicken. Not sure why so many low reviews. This place is good for a quick bite to eat.

The first time we ate here we thoroughly enjoyed our meal as well as the service but the past two times we have stopped in our experience has been lackluster at best. The staff here seemed unhappy at work and no longer are there consistent«Welcome to Moe’s» as you walk in. When you do hear the team welcome people, it seems forced and sad. The food here is still decent but their portion sizes have decreased. The dining area is messy and the bathrooms needed a deep cleaning. We hope that when we do come here in the future the experience can be like our first time here.

While a fine alternative to many other fast-food options, I didn’t think Moe’s was anything special. The chain is new to this area, and I think this location has been open less than a year. I found the menu board to be confusing and annoying– full of products named after tired, worn-out pop-culture references(Art Vandalay? Band Camp?) without much detail about what differentiated one from the next. It was, I guess, like the Subway of Mexican food– start with a base(taco, burrito, etc), a protein, and choose your toppings. But then, why bother with all the weird names? Anyway… The staff didn’t explain how their ordering system worked at all, and most of them looked down and mumbled, making it difficult to tell who they were talking to and what they were asking. I got the idea that it was assembly-line style like Subway, but it wasn’t obvious who was doing what as you moved down the line, and they weren’t really communicating well with each other. The woman at the end of the counter kept confusing my order with the guy behind me. I think initially she thought we were together, but even after we made it clear we weren’t, she kept mixing up our stuff. The food itself is not bad. It’s certainly a notch or two above Taco Bell. I liked having the choice of different ingredients, and it tasted good. I also liked the salsa bar, I think that’s a nice touch. I won’t be in a rush to go back to this particular location, as it is difficult to get into and around in the parking lot. However, in a food court or plaza situation where I had to choose from a number of fast food places, I would likely give it another try.

Like a shittier version of Chipotle.

With all of the other options for Mexican food in Hadley and Amherst, there is literally no reason to go to Moe’s. When I went, around 3pm, the line was long and extremely slow-moving. I think the hipster names of their dishes are pointless and trying a little too hard, and probably added to the long line with people trying to figure out what name is code for which dish. The food I got was flavorless and even the queso, which I had heard rave reviews about, was meh. If you’re looking for fast Mexican food, go across the street to Chipotle or even Taco Bell, or drive 5 – 10 minutes for Bueno y Sano or Mission Cantina — all are far better options that are just as convenient.

It’s «fast» Mexican food, but it’s good at it! I like it better than Chipotle. You get free chips and GUAC!

Great service and fresh ingredients. I enjoyed my meal very much and the restaurant was clean and bright when I went. Have eaten here 3 – 4 times and have had a great meal each time. Strongly recommend!

Walking in reminded us of a Subway and the process of ordering your food is just the same. We were introduced with a welcome by staff but the customer after us was not. The menu on the wall includes a lot of information for ordering and you should read it because the staff was not very helpful in offering choices. I asked for a whole wheat tortilla but one was not offered to me. The food was quite pricy and I felt as though I was flying on a cheap airline when seeing all the additional prices for extras. The customer behind me asked for queso and the employee informed him there would be an «upcharge». They offer free chips but guacamole is extra and you don’t even get enough for all the chips. It seemed too much like an assembly line for me. I interacted with four different employees during the making of of my meal and it was not clear to me when to ask that I wanted to make it a meal. The food was okay but nothing special. I agree with the previous review… if want great Mexican food, head to Amherst Center and go to Bueno Y Sano or Veracruzana.

Worst«Mexican» I’ve ever tasted. Threw my whole lunch away. Expensive, tasteless, greasy. Trash was overflowing, staff standing around and talking instead of cleaning, which it desperately needed! Drive to Mission Cantina, Bueno Y Sano or anywhere else but here for your Mexican fix!
