Some of the drive thru people are rude. The fries are, for the majority, cold. The buns stiff. And the wait times are 10 times as long as they used to be since they moved across the street.

Second time in a row I’ve gotten mozzarella sticks that weren’t heated through. The cheese was cooled and solidified so I didn’t get that epic stringy cheesy moment we all live for when ordering mozzarella sticks. Especially when it’s late at night and I’m a little«under the influence» this was the worst disappointment ever. They’ve gotten my order wrong twice now, first they forgot my McChicken and the second time they forgot our other order of mozz. Also don’t know what it is about their kitchen but the food comes out consistently lukewarm and kind of stale? Not that there’s anything«fresh» about McDonald’s but their filet-o-fish and fries seemed old and slightly chewy. In conclusion, if you’re drunk and having a craving for McD’s this’ll do the trick but it won’t be truly satisfying the way a drunk trip to Mickey D’s should be.

I come here occasionally but every single time I go the food is so perfect! It’s always really nice and hot which is not always true of other McDonald’s. Everyone who works here seems really nice too.

Cheerful but took way too long to get a sausage biscuit. And where is the one page nutrition information?

BEST McDonald I ever been too and I been to quite a few in my life time. The staff is super friendly, especially the cashier that I dealt with. The place was amazingly clean. When I say clean, I mean the soda machines actually works properly, the ketchup dispenser was not disgusting to use(the general area of the soda machine was clean) and seating area was not sticky or has any food left over. The place felt a little«high class». Whoever is managing this McDonald… keep up the good work. McDonald Corporation should be proud of the people that work at this McDonald. I would go back there again for a quick bite.

I had a rude and unpleasant drive-thru experience here. McDonald’s has claimed the phrase, «Have it your way!» for their advertising campaign, but nothing could be further from reality this morning. When ordering my egg & cheese mcmuffin, with no meat, I asked if I could replace that with a slice of tomato. I was told a tomato slice would cost me 40 cents. When I suggested they drop the charge since I was not getting the Canadian bacon, I was told they couldn’t do it that way. They have to «account» for every slice, etc. and I was not given a discount for foregoing the meat either. When there was a long pause at the drive-thru, I said, «Hello?» and the attendant rudely snapped back«I heard you!». When I drove to the window to pay, I noticed this person seemed to be new, & was not the person I’ve usually encountered who IS very friendly. However — McDonald’s needs to revisit the meaning of their own ad campaign slogan, «Have it Your Way» — not only did I NOT have it my way, but I was charged full price for something I didn’t get, i.e. the Canadian bacon. There was an overall inflexibility — quite the opposite of what this company likes to tout.

If I had to choose between washing my eyes out with nail polish remover or eating at this so-called«family» establishment again, you can bet your behind that I would be walking around with the whites of my eyes resembling the color of a devil’s genitalia the next day. As a broke college student, I put a lot of consideration into the way I spend my money. When dinner time came upon me tonight, I decided I would spend no more than five dollars on a meal at the restaurant I have complete faith in. I approached the counter with confidence as I order my small fry, crispy chicken snack wrap with honey mustard, and small drink… all totaling up to $ 4.89. Not thinking twice about it, I grabbed my bag and headed out the door when my meal, number 447, was placed on the counter… but when I got home everything took a turn for the worst. I was shocked and devastated to learn that my beloved crispy chicken snack wrap with honey mustard had been left behind. Forgotten. Neglected. Overlooked from being placed in it’s proper home and bag, meal number 447. Tonight I was let down by a childhood hero, a figure I’ve grown to call family over the years, a figure by the name of Ronald McDonald.

Super clean but a previous Unilocal review that this place has a play area is wrong. It would be generous to say our fries were lukewarm. Service was fast and friendly but the food, even by McDonald standard seemed a little low.

It was late on a Sunday evening and I was starving after a long drive so I decided to pass through this McDonald’s drive thru. When I pulled up to the ordering booth I was greeted by an employee who took forever to take my two burger order. It was obvious that this store was understaffed because it took an additional five minutes to pay and get my food even though I was the only one in the drive thru. That being said, the staff members I worked worth were really polite, and the food itself was warm and delicious. The burgers were well made and not sloppy which isn’t always the case with McDonald’s. In the end this was a typical location with happened to be a bit slower. What else would you expect though from a large chain fast food restaurant.

McDonald’s is always open and generally understaffed since moving from across the street, the fries and sweet tea are the best. These guys finally smartened up and set the price for the 20 piece nugget at $ 5 to compete with BK, sadly they will never compete with BK because as the name suggests, they are the Kings of Burgers.

The place is clean and the service is ok but the place is cold as it has the atomatic door which blows the cold air in.

I’m not a perfect person, so yes, I go to mcDonald’s from time to time. I’m usually pretty underwhelmed by the experience, deserving 2, maybe 3, stars. This location was, by far, my best experience. It was super clean, even though it’s a 24 hour location in a college town. Early on a Saturday morning, I expected it to look like Mick Jagger’s hotel room, but it was pristine. Everywhere you looked, someone was cleaning, except those who were waiting on customers and making food. Which leads me to the friendly staff. They were all smiles, and couldn’t have been nicer.

This place is very clean and the staff is nice and organized and professional. The only problem is that they are serving over processed junk to children and making them fat and weak.

(this was for the old location on the target side, apparently there is no longer a playplace) This Mcdonalds is like every other Mcdonalds in the world, except it has a play place(which affects me in no way). However this Mcdonalds is both 24 hours and has a full menu all night, so if you just want a McChicken, you got just a McChicken. And that my friends, deserves the 4 star bump
