Starbucks

If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve been a gold cardholder for a while now and I asked the cashier (Alicia) to reload my card. Her answer to me was no we don’t do that here. Are you serious? I’ve never had a problem until now. Maybe she just wasn’t educated enough on her job to load a card. I’ll never go to this starbucks again because of their one employee.

Today’s evening I was going to order a coffee but the man at cashier ignored me and was talking to his friend behind me. And when I thought he is finally gonna order the drink for me then he walked away. What a awful service and I will never go that Starbucks again ever.

Hands down my favorite Starbucks ever and I don’t even live in the area. I was working a seasonal job near by and always found myself at this location in particular. All the employees are very kind and seem to be in a good mood no matter what. Sometimes I would come in stressed about my day and their good customer service just made me happier. I’m always satisfied with the way my drink is made. I’m writing this review in hopes at least one of the baristas see this, just so they know their positive attitudes and good work does not go unnoticed.

Staff was nice! I gave the cashier a dollar tip. She thought I was a creep hitting on her, haha. I thought it would be good to acknowledge their courtesy, this way they know where their kudos are from. Drinks come out quickly and there wasn’t a line at 3pm on a weekday. Limited selection, but I love all the mugs and cups they sell

I ordered 4 drinks and it took 30mins for them to make them. And when I asked this girl with brown long hair, she gave me an attitude and lied that she made the drink already when it was clearly someone else’s name on the drink. Terrible customer service.

Moody Barista on Sunday morning… short changed me on my brew and when questioned, she was pissy about it…

Brianna is the worst Starbucks rep I have ever encountered. She didn’t bother with cordialities, made our coffees poorly, and sported an intimidating attitude. When asked to remake the drink by the customer in front of us, she insisted that the customer was wrong. Perhaps it is because this branch is crowded but she was the only person present. please add another barista.

Came to this store and an employee named Alfredo helped taking order. No greeting, no smile and with a stone cold face. Anyway, he first cut me off while I was placing my orders, then made me repeating my orders again with stone cold face. Finally got my orders right, and asked for my receipt. He turned around reached inside the big black TRASH CAN to retrieve my receipt. He then sorted thru the receipts and handed me my receipt freshly picked off from the trash can.
Out of courtesy, I «thanked» him and yet again, he stared at me without saying a word and moved on serving next customer without even washing his hands. How disgusting is that? I was totally amazed by his behaviors and services.
The worst service and the worst customer serivce of all time. No words can described how dispecable and embarrassed I was at that store.

I love my baristas here. I come here at the same time almost everyday. I am not sure why the reviews are below anything than a 5 at this place. Maybe they’re not getting enough reviews and only the few bad customers that had one bad experience had the time to post a bad review. They awesome here. I am always in and out very quickly. Thanks guys!

They don’t shake ur tea… Their attitude is pretty bad. I still give them 3 stars cause they are open early. From 5 am to 8 pm so
It’s good for someone who needs to go to work early… Still love their green tea latte. Awake tea latte! And of course the frappé!!!

This Starbucks is located inside Vons at the right entrance. This Starbucks is just the same as any regular Starbucks, but the fall back is that they don’t have a lot of pastry items and breakfast items like they would at a single Starbucks store. Also, sometimes the coupons or your Starbucks rewards free drink doesn’t work here. The thing about this place though is that if you have a Vons card and swipe that before purchasing your drink, you can get a $ 1 off survey code on your receipt. That’s only sometimes though, so if you’re lucky you’ll get it. This place does get packed, but according to the barista its only in the morning when parents send off their kids and stop by there (which makes sense). Drinks do come out fast and the way you want it. Shout out to Alfred the barista! Sometimes he works alone with a full on crowd or bratty kids, but he gets it done. Apparently thanks to his 13 oz Red Bull…

White chocolate mocha and green tea latte is a must before working. I feel very happy and lucky to work in same plaza. Especially when I need to go in work early, it’s always quick to get the drinks. Staff is very friendly.

Yayyy I like this location because it’s near the place where I intern at for the summer. Even though I’ve grown up around this area (it’s near my uncle’s house) I never knew this place existed. Located inside a Vons, there is a little seating space, but it’s basically just a random mall booth inside a grocery store. Can’t complain about drinks though, they keep me awake throughout the day which is all I could really ask for.

THIS IS A SHOUT OUT TO ALFRED! Okay, he is the best! He sort of remembers what I like to drink (green tea latte/​frap), and he bitches to me about the middle schoolers that come in to the starbucks and act like they’re the shit. I feel so bad for him :(
He really knows how to make drinks too. I mean, there are some baristas that seriously don’t know what they’re doing (and surprise, surprise I don’t see them there any more) but he does! He can make my very complicated (grande one classic pump nonfat green tea latte) in less than 2 minutes. Yeaaaaa. This is why I only come during lunch time from 12 – 1!
I’ve easily racked up my stars here – gold star member! :) Come here so often I’m going to get lots of free drinks.
Although my biggest gripe is that since this is a Starbucks in a Vons, I can’t redeem my free food and drinks. :(Minus one star for that—

Try not to come here if you’re in a rush. There aren’t that many of them to really know what they’re doing and how to make drinks correctly.
I ordered two drinks, and while making eye contact with me, they did not tell me my drinks were ready. Minus one star.
The reason I didn’t know if my drinks were ready was because I had said no whip on both my drinks and there was whip cream on both drinks. Minus one star. Luckily I didn’t ask for soy milk because they probably would have messed that up too.
There are a couple tables nearby. Not the best place to study, considering it’s inside a grocery store and random people wander in and out.

I know, I know… it’s Starbucks. There’s nothing but them around this area so this is where I get my coffee fix.
I’m giving this location 5 stars because: 1) my orders have always been on point, 2) tables are available when I go and I don’t feel like a vulture ready to race when someone starts packing up, and 3) all the employees I’ve encountered have been very nice. Some reaaaaaally weird people come inside the Vons and I’ve never heard an employee be rude.

Inattentive staff and very long wait, considering there really wasn’t anyone else waiting for coffee.

Just like any other typical location, except its inside a supermarket.

That carrot cake really tasted two days old but they weren’t gonna replace it nor refund me. The hot cocoa tasted pretty good in the morning. Just for that I spit out the carrot cake and left with my chocolate sensation.

The only reason I go to this Starbucks is because it’s close to home and more importantly, where I work. I usually order the Caramel Frap and it is usually always pretty satisfying, even though it’s overpriced, but when my boyfriend got the Tazo Tea Passion Fruit with Lemonade yesterday we were overjoyed to discover that about 90% of the drink was composed of merely ice.
