This is the best barber shop in the Heights period. I used to go to the barber shop next to sunset room for years since high school. But once i found liz wow shes awesome. Her new shop off of gale ave. Is the best in town i recommend it. Everyone is great there. But LIZ & NATALIE are the best i always go to them two.

I have had short hair for about a year now and I could never find anyone who can cut my hair and I like it. So I finally got the courage to go into this barber shop. Which helped a lot more because they’re all girls. I was so impressed on how the lady did my short hair it feels and looks fantastic! Sorry I don’t know her name but if your a girl with short hair go to her. All I know is she’s Mexican and knows very little English. But she is the best I’ve had yet! Definitely going back.

So, though I’m not % happy with my hair color nor satisfied with the treatment I received, Liz Made it right. she has been So respectful since day one and truly values her customers.
I was there basically my whole Saturday and got to see a ton of people come and go, in & out, & nobody waited more that 10 minutes.
They make u feel at home here & even did a great job w/​some screaming kids !
I recommend to any guys out there looking for a good barber shop !

Liz is such a pleasure to do business with. I came here on a Monday during my lunch break and there was no wait at all. She promptly got started and asked me what I wanted. She did a great job in asking me what kind of style and cut I liked and then proceeded to cut it. During the whole process, she made sure to ask me more details on how I would like it to look and explained to me how she was going to cut my hair in order for it to look like what I requested. I am very satisfied with the end result and can say for certain that I will be coming back again! Thanks Liz!

My husband and son have been going to Liz for years and they don’t go any where else. She does a great job and she’s pretty quick. You my have to wait awhile becuz she has a lot of loyal customers but she is worth the wait. If you’re a guy that wants a nice cut without hearing all the sports talk, Liz is place to go.

Tapers, fades, line ups, parts, mohawks and finish it off with a straight edge razor — Liz can do it.
