My father and brother left to Arizona leaving me helpless with no more free haircuts. So I have been searching and failing, not liking the barbers I had been attending while exploring around lapuente. Until today as I met Rob and allowed him to cut my hair. Great service enjoyed it very much and loved the hair cut thanks Rob.

Took my son for his first haircut (2 ½ years old) and Robert was able to keep him from going crazy and crying the entire time. Highly recommended this barbershop/​beauty salon for ANYONE who needs a trim. Thanks proper fades and styles for making my sons first experience a great one.

Love going here! I’ve found other barbers that have done 5 star work on my hair, but they are in Santa Ana and the other at Belmont Shore. I really needed a place close to home. Not the area I would have looked for a barber, but with the awesome reviews on here, I had to go! Best decision I’ve made! It’s close to home and the hours are great. But because they are that great, you pay for the wait time. I usually try to call ahead to see if they could give me an average wait time. The longest I’ve waited is about a hour. Not bad. Worth the cost and quality of the cut! Thanks guys!

Best barbershop in town! Rob has been cutting my hair for years. Always keeps it proper. The other barbers are excellent. Never left with a sub-​par haircut. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone. Hospitality is on point, and so is their cleanliness. Keep up the good work, guys!

My boy Rob and Mike always hook it up and always make me feel at home, best cut and hot towel shave is bomb bro!!! Trust try it they take care of you!!! Also been getting my tapers by Aymara (the Mexican girl) as she is known for everybody gets down here don’t ever worry about getting a bad cut

I usually shave my head but decided to let my hair grow out for about a month and a half. Decided to cut it but wasn’t sure what I wanted. This is the first time I’ve stepped foot into a barber shop in years. I forgot the name of the lady that cut my hair but I told her to just clean it up and that I wanted the top to grow. She told me what she was gonna do and I had no idea how it was going to end up looking like so I just said «sure. Go at it.» Ended up loving the end result and will definitely go here for my haircuts now. It’s very inexpensive and the people there are really cool! Great service!

Finally a place that does fades right! Barber made sure he understood what i wanted. I went on a Friday, got there around 1020am. Luckily i didn’t wait. After like 15 minutes there was 3 people waiting. My cut took about 25 — 30 minutes. Good music playing and movies on the tv.

This place is amazing! I went in for the first time today & I was taken care of by Bladimir. He is a true detailed professional. Not only did he cut my hair but also trimmed and lined up my beard to perfection. I enjoyed the experience and I really like my new fresh clean look.

Took my 2 ½ yr old grandson for his 1st barbershop hair cut. Sandra was excellent! She took her time & made sure his cut was what I wanted.
I love that the shop is prepared to service kids without it looking like it services kids.
Everyone was friendly, professional and I didn’t feel ‘rushed’ because my grandson is only a toddler.
We have found our barbershop.

I’ve never left this shop disappointed and, I’ve gotten everything from a regular haircut to a straight razor shave. This has been my spot for the past couple years for a reason. I’ve been to plenty shops from from Whittier to Pomona and none compare.

First time here and I had the Mexican girl forgot her name cut me. She was patient provided good service and satisfied my desire. Haircuts are all about great service and this place did that. Personally I prefer this place over GQ cuts because they have more barbers.

We just moved out here. Took my son and husband here based on Unilocal reviews. They did great cuts on both of them. The girl who cut my sons hair actually listened, repeated and showed with her fingers on his hair before she cut to make sure she understood what he wanted. She did an awesome job and made him feel very special. My husband had a great haircut too. First time someone ever used a blow dryer on his hair. I kept complimenting how much I liked his hair.
The strange thing to me was the system they used to call the next person. There is no system. Pay attention to who walks in and make sure you know who you are before.

The service here is top notch and a great price. I got Mike as my barber and he was totally great. He was able to answer all my questions and knew what i wanted to get. i wanted to try something new and he explained what id be getting into. i trusted him because he explained it very well.

First time my guy came here. I think Amy was his stylist. He had about 7 inches of curly hair when he went in, and came out looking like this!
Got a hair cut with a beard cut down to a goatee. She used a razor to really clean up the back and sides. The look is crisp, even, clean, and well designed.
He’s very happy about his hair and how the whole experience went. I’m happy with the results as well

Just walk in. They have plenty of barbers on site. My son is very picky about his haircut and I’m too cheap to take him to expensive hairdressers. This place is perfect for both of us! Walk straight to the back waiting room and the next available barber will come get you. Waiting room is big and clean. Has TVs and plenty of magazines. My sons haircut took longer than expected though but he was very pleased with it. He wanted a clear fade line that took some time to achieve. All for just $ 15! We will be regulars.

Came on a whim because I needed a cut and the staff made my first experience a great one.
The space is extremely clean and well kept and the staff is so friendly and welcoming as you step foot into the shop.
Vladimir (I believe) is amazing! He asked me specifically what I wanted and catered to my style. He is well versed with his craft and is very detail-​oriented and fast.
Definitely recommend!
