Great Pizza! Love Trivia night! Just need more servers in the bar on Trivia night… usually feel neglected in the service department and getting the bill at the end of the night. Need improvement maybe more servers?

Been waiting to sit in an empty restaurant for 45 minutes. Unbelievable! Worst service I’ve had in a long while. Hope the pizzas worth it. I’ll let you know…

This is not UNOs downtown Chicago. It’s a chain and it’s bad. I’ve been there several times and the food is not good. Deep dish pizza is all bread. Recipe isn’t close to downtown. Flatbread pizzas are better but not great. Salads are wilted. House salad is a joke for the price. The only decent thing on the menu is desert. Servers are nice but service is slow. Trivia night is always a good time. That’s the only resin to go there.

Besides having a great, always changing menu to keep things interesting, and great drinks, I really cannot praise the waitstaff enough! Kathleen is our all time favorite server who is always quick to recognize our needs even before we ask. She really takes the time to get to know her customers and make them feel welcome. Don’t be afraid to request her, it’s worth a wait if necessary. But the entire staff(with the exception of the hostesses at times) really are outstanding!

Me and my husband tried to come here on our anniversary about two weeks ago. We wanted to grab a bite to eat before our movie. We walked in and because we had never been there before we didn’t know weather to seat ourselves or not so we stood there for about ten min hoping some one would come greet us… not one person did no one even looked at us. it was our first time there and most likely our last they were not that busy so I couldn’t understand why we were being ignored witch really sucks because I really wanted to try the food. They almost ruined my anniversary but outback steakhouse down the street saved the day.

I’ve been here a few times and every time is great. Good pizza but great salads as well. Soup is yummy and they make great drinks. It’s a good casual place to go eat in Gurnee.

Service is great and the pizza is phenomenal. We did carry out at my job the other day and the food was ready for pick up on time and the staff was ridiculously friendly.

Uno(any location) is one of my daughter’s favorite places, and has been since the days when my kids were little and used to love to build their own pizzas. The one closest to us where we lived in Indianapolis closed several years ago, so when we saw one near where we were visiting on Christmas Eve, we thought trying this one would be a great idea. While eating at the original Uno or Due in downtown Chicago is still the best, this location does a great job as far as the franchises go. There are several things we’ll always love here: Bianco Pizza(deep dish butter and garlic with butter crust and sausage, no tomato sauce — this used to be a regular menu item, but is still available when we ask); the shrimp and crab dip(which is delicious, but with which I always have to order with extra baguettes — it doesn’t come with enough, and I wish there wasn’t an extra charge for this); and the Chicago Classic Pizza. Our server(Joshua) was great, and very flexible when we had to split our order in two to accommodate a late-arriving friend. Overall, as Uno franchises go, this one was very good. If we’re in the area, I’m guessing we’ll be back here again!

Pretty good pizza, but that’s really it… I had 3 different servers, I was never asked if I wanted a refill on my soda or water, I had to wait in line for almost ten mins and the place was pretty much dead as Elvis Presley

Great Pizza– the crust is delicious. We ordered car side to go, it took about 45 minutes to get our pizza– not too bad, they were packed when I went in to pick it up– loud and busy. Good place for a party or birthday, but make a reservation. Beer looked awesome– made me want to stay. HUGE chunks of sausage on their pizza– WOW! Super yummy.

I like it, but Giordano’s pizza is so much better. More ingredients in it. More sausage, cheese, more food varieties.

We used to love Uno. We would drive 30 miles just to have pizza. I went there for the first time in probably 10 years and had the uno. They must have changed the crust recipe. Used to be flackier. Service was ok. Not great and not bad. Had the melbac. They need to upgrade their wine last. Probably the worst melbac I’ve had.

Below average pizza for above average price, the crust isn’t fresh, I think it’s premade… kinda stale. The salads are good though

10 years ago, I loved going to Unos for the pizza and food but the menu has slightly digressed in some areas. The quick lunch choices are great if you are in a time crunch but stay away from the mini pizza… it’s too buttery and greasy. The staff, however, makes me feel at home and keeps me coming back for more. If you order a pizza from UNOs, make sure that you do NOT get a «Par-baked» offering… get a fresh baked one… it will take longer but it’s worth the wait. Ask for Ashley, Debbie, Haley or Carrie… as they are the best… they’ll give you honesty over a used car salesman approach and even though it’s just food, they will guide you in the right direction. So…if you need a few drinks on the way home and are craving pizza, call ahead and order your pie so it can start cooking, bring the family and ask for one of the girls. And they have Pepsi products… love the Mountain Dew! PS: Because of the heavy kid crowd, the place is a bit dirty… bring your hand sanitizer moms!

I ordered a salad and it was really good! I have only been here once but they have a large menu with something for everyone. I would go again. Don’t order the flatbread! Service was incredibly overbearing. Our waiter came over so much I could hardly have a conversation with my mom! We were getting pretty annoyed. Warning: we saw that we were charged for extra items when we reviewed our bill.(We had water to drink but sodas were rung in.) It could have been an accident but look over your check closely before you pay!

I’m very disappointed with the to go order from them. If I can give them negative stars, I would! No restaurant should pack To Go Orders like this! What’s the point of having To Go options if you are just going to make the food look like sh*t and unappealing?! In my picture, you can see whoever packed the food, just slabbed every sliced quesadilla on top of each other. And when you remove the top slices, the fillings all came out on the slices that were on the bottom of the container. It was a total disaster and didn’t taste good at ALL! It was a complete waste of $ 10.99! The quesadilla tasted kinda doughy like it wasn’t fully cooked… Everything about it was just gross. I would expect something a little better from a place like UNOs… Guess not… And it’s not like I placed my order and didn’t go pick it up right away and let it sit for half an hour. Never going there AGAIN! =(

I like my deep dish Chicago style pizza, but I don’t like it cold and lacking in sauce. While my group did seem to arrive during a rush, our waiter was in no shape to handle everything that was going on around him even while the restaurant settled down. After forgetting a number of plates(including plates on which to eat our pizza), salads, and some waters, a manager seemed to take control. I’ll probably be eating deep dish again… just at Lou’s.

Okay, we pulled up at like 7 on Saturday and it was pretty empty… I was hesitant but we went in anyway. Everyone was really friendly, and the space is great, which was nice, but this place needs to change a couple things to be stellar. .and to pull some clientele away from the ever crowded Gio’s down the street… First, as another Unilocaler said, the pizza is a bit too luke warm. I enjoyed it more the next day reheated, made the nice and pulley cheese I like, not quite how it was when we got it. The Calamari was WAY overpriced at $ 11. Chips and Queso, only«meh». The Rattlesnake pasta(chicken alfredo) was nice, good portion size for the half at only $ 7 this delivers for what it is… that is after I had our waitress re-heat the cold plate they initially delivered.

Nice place to come with friends to celebrate birthdays and Christmas. Came early on a weeknight(5pm) and staff was ready to greet us and find a great table. Server was attentive and very friendly Food was good, some very much enjoyed the food, and others were a bit salty(don’t remember which dish was which, so won’t quote this. I ordered their Mediterranean pizza with Artisan crust. The pizza was warm, almost hot, and the flavors were good. Crust is very nice! Not the worlds best pizza, but definitely worth stopping in. The server kept watching for refills, even on water, and was prompt with bringing our bill.
