This is our favorite place to stay when we visit Yosemite. The yurts are my kind of camping. We have stayed in the hillside yurts in both the springtime and fall and we are looking forward to this summer trying out the meadow yurts. Everyone that works at Yosemite lakes is super nice and very accommodating. We love hanging out by the campfire making s’mores and taking time out to enjoy camping in the woods (in yurts of course) can’t wait for our next visit to Yosemite lakes. If your looking for a fun way to camp with family and friends we highly recommend staying here.

A week ago, me and two other friends decided to go explore Yosemite after the holidays. The yurts homey and provided all kitchenware, towels, tv, heater, etc. It was easy to reserve and not too cold. The bbq outside worked fine. The only thing on the down side is that since these are yurts, walls are thin, so anyone talking too loudly in the next yurt or running outside is audible. Most of the time it was pretty quiet though. All you have to do is bring shower stuff, food, and maybe a hairdryer and you’ll be set. There’s full sized bed with a couch that folds out as a bed.
