Great pizza, and an unbeatable lunch buffet. Service is friendly, and fairly quick. Good local place.

We stopped by here during our visit to Yosemite and we all agreed that they had the best breadsticks we’ve ever had and the pizza is definitely up there too. Highly recommended!

Bad pizza, overpriced and bad service. Just keep driving past. Don’t waste your money. Dough has no taste and is similar to a grocery store frozen pizza. I have serious doubts that the dough is even fresh. Tasted more like they get frozen crusts or doughballs that are made somewhere else in a factory or commissary because it is like the pizza crust in the warmers at a gas station. The prices they charge are approaching what you would pay for a good pizza in a major city but tastes like school cafeteria pizza. If they want to start charging higher end prices they need to stop making low end pizza. Customer service is worse. I had to wait 15 minutes at the counter for 2 beers to be poured while the guy at the register pretended like i wasn’t even there because he was ringing people up. My wife then had to wait 10 minutes in line for a plate that they didn’t originally bring us. These people definitely can’t multi-task. They even took the phone off the hook to avoid taking anymore phone orders. I know this because as I stood there the phone starting ringing and the guy working the counter got irritated and asked the other employees«who put the phone back on the hook?» I would rather eat fresh roadkill off of 120 then go here again.

Really good pizza. Salad bar. IPA on tap. Kid friendly low key place. Loved it. A little steep price wise for pizza, but would go here again without hesitation

What a great place!!! I called in an order for a medium pizza. I went in to pick it up and the order ended up being wrong. They were completely busy and short staffed. Jim the manager offered to make me the correct pizza if I had a few minutes to wait. I got exactly what I ordered. They really care about their customers and the food is delish.

We needed a late dinner after a day hiking in Yosemite and Two Guys was it. Growing up in Chicago, I consider myself a pizza snob and did not have high expectations for a small town California pizza. Well, I ate my words along with their delicious pizza. Our half pepperoni/half pineapple was exactly what I was craving. It is a must do while in Groveland.

When these guys are not rushed they do ok. The mixed my order and gave me extra cheese instead of extra sauce. When I was given the box I was told extra cheese. I then asked are you sure, I ordered extra sauce. She looked into the box and said oh my mistake, it has extra sauce. When I got home I found out it was extra cheese. I was hungry and decide to eat it. It was TERRIBLE. Not a way to compete against the competition. I was very disappointed. They are very inconsistent. One time the best, next time, they take too long or make a mistake. Consistency is the key to being a Great Resturant.

Came in on a rainy Saturday afternoon, after 2p. Was in a hurry, so didn’t have time to order a pizza. Instead, ordered two 1-pound wings(1 pound of BBQ and 1 pound of spicy wings). Around $ 6.99 or $ 7.99 per order(6 – 8 wings). We were starving, so it was definitely good. Service was a little slow, even as we were the only ones eating there that day. I have a feeling they may have been busy with making to go orders. Will try the pizza next time, when we’re not in a hurry!

This place has the best pizza I have tried in the Groveland area! The ingredients are fresh and flavorful. The customer service was friendly and the place was kept cleaner than some others I have seen. Even heated up for lunch the following day, their pizza was spot on!

Pizza in Groveland? Sure, why not. We needed some place to eat between Yo Valley and Don Pedro, were too tired to cook over the campfire, so we started blindly looking for a pizza place, any pizza place, in this old mountain town. We found Two Guys. If it wasn’t for the big sign on 120, we would have never found it. Groveland has a short downtown with little parking, and a small newish shopping center to the east, so only the lucky guys are able to have a storefront on the main drag to Yosemite. And Two Guys isn’t even in that newish shopping center, but is down the hill from it. They’re in a two-story standalone building on Ferretti with plenty of parking. They’re not quite a locals only place, but tourists who wouldn’t dream of going more than ½ block off the highway would never find this joint. Fine with me, more food for the rest of us. Pizza places work well no matter what manner of town they’re in, from little hamlets to big cities. But to me, they seem to fit in the best in the mountains, especially the meaty pizzas; besides, do you really expect to find vegetarians living in the Sierra Nevadas? Two Guys is not much different from the rest. Local ads and pictures on the walls. Sports on the TVs. Diners who see no need to dress up to go out for pizza. Down-to-earth staff that works hard to make sure you have a good time with good food. And then the pie comes. For us, it was the meat combo, with salami, pepperoni, sausage, beef, and linguica. And again, it tasted just as good as the meaty pizza we’ve gotten in other mountain communities. Thick and cheesy, the meat was fresh and well-cooked, and I thought I tasted some garlic in there too. We got the 14″ one, 10 slices. The hunny broke her diet quite severely, and enjoyed every minute of it. And I made another enemy; the cashier complained about how her husband also eats so much and never gains weight, just like me. Two Guys. Just eat it!

Best pizza in Tuolumne County. The bread sticks and salad were again amazing. No one touches their crust around here.

So this is a different kind of review. I haven’t had their food. It’s a long story but the short version is that my cousin and I were in the restaurant last night and we needed help. They stayed open past closing time and were very kind to us. Especially a guy named Jim who works there. If their pizza is half as good as their generosity, it’s got to be amazing. Will definitely go again(this time to eat) when we are next in the area. Thank you thank you thank you.

On our way back to Groveland from a day in Yosemite, and it was getting late. We stopped in and were pleasantly surprised. The place was empty, but we couldn’t be picky at 8:00 p.m. We were immediately. Impressed with how clean the place was. Seriously, I love a clean restaurant. We always say we can judge a lot from the restrooms, and even they were clean. We ordered a large half combo and half chicken garlic, and an order of hot wings. They do not skimp on the toppings, and the crust was perfect. I want to add. The service was great. One of the guys came over and asked if all is well check in in. All were friendly… I’m not sure what the negative comments about the service were all about.

After a long day of hiking around Yosemite, we were looking for a casual spot to eat and chill. We found that place. In the small downtown«strip» of Groveland, but slightly off the main drag you’ll find this pizza restaurant. They have a smallish all-you-can-eat(or other options) salad bar with your typical fixings, but the potato salad was really excellent(had dill in it, one of my favorite ingredients!). We also ordered a pepperoni and mushroom pizza with had a delicious, crispy crust and a tangy sauce(prefer this style over sweet sauces). Best part of the ‘za…fresh mushrooms, not canned(pet peeve of mine). A welcome surprise /find in this tiny town, glad we stopped in.

Our family vacationed at Yosemite and stayed at Yosemite Westgate Lodge Hotel. After spending the day hiking, we were looking for some great food. There were not very many options, but we were glad we found this place! It was only 15 minutes away. There’s a sign off the main road directing you to drive about half a block to a house. The pizza place is inside. Step up to the counter and order. Pick your own seat. We were so hungry, we ordered the first thing off the menu: a Two man combo with pepperoni, salami, green peppers, onions, mushrooms, and olives.(we left off the olives). For a family of four we ordered an XL pizza. The pizza was GIANT and we had four GIANT slices left over. It was delicious and there were so many toppings, they kept falling off! It also made a delicious breakfast the next day. Free wifi, TVs

This is GREATPIZZA however, their customer service was very unprofessional to say the least when it came to my complaint about my daughter’s personal pizza having hair in her pizza. I basically got the third degree interrogations and the look on their faces of «yeah, right…» There have seldom been incidents in any restaurant(mind you we eat out 5 – 7 days a week), in which we’ve found hair in a meal, however each time it was a no questions asked, and a genuine apology situation. In my encounter this Labor Day, the three people working the counter and back, looked at me like I was making it up, and one rolled their eyes with a smirk on their face. Then they asked me, what color was the hair, and the length on the hair. Even after I answered their questions they didn’t sound very convinced so at that point I told the guy, «Listen, you can either choose to re-make my daughter’s pizza or not because at this point I don’t really care if you do now.» At that point their unprofessionalism made me weary of whether they would do something unsanitary in retribution to my complaint based on how they handled the situation. After they agreed to remake it, we took a seat to continue eating the rest of our meals. A while later my husband walked back up to the counter just to check on the order, and as he stood by the counter waiting to catch their attention he saw and heard the crew arguing back and forth where the girl was giving attitude to her co workers«I’m not going out there!!» And the guys asking why not, and her being adamant the she wasn’t going to bring us the pizza. My husband then called them all out with a «HEY! You don’t have to bring it out, I’m standing right here». Everyone got startled, and then she said“Well I just don’t want my hair to be a problem”. As someone started to put the pizza in a box, one of them asked why are you placing it in a box if their order is for here? At that point my husband told them just to place it in a box since we were wanting to leave the establishment at that point. All this drama, simply because I kindly pointed out that my daughter’s One Guy pizza had a hair in it(not the rest of the other two One Guy pizzas or the calzone). A simple«Oh I’m sorry ma’am, we’ll take care of that for you» would have easily worked.

This place has some darn good pie. Now I give this the 4 stars given the location and the other choices, but I have to say the people are very nice and the food was great. We did take-out this time, but my first time there I ate in and the pizza is excellent and the big salad bar was nice. Overall highly recommended.

This is the perfect spot after spending the day hiking in Yosemite. It’s about a hour out of Yosemite Valley. I grew up going here with my family after we would do a day trip to Yosemite and have nothing but good memories at this place. Last night a few friends and I came here after a long day hiking in Yosemite and it hit the spot! We ordered an extra large combo pizza, it was the perfect amount for 5 hungry young adults. The crust was thick and satisfying. We also got a pitcher of beer, sweet potato fries, and regular fries. The pizza and beer was exactly what we wanted to refuel ourselves from an adventurous day and they met our expectations. However, the regular fries were gross –I’m pretty sure they were frozen fries from Costco… The sweet potato fries were tasty and came with ranch, BUT they’re were barely any fries in the basket. It barely covered the bottom, so skip out on that. It’s not worth it. NOTE: free wifi at this place!

Good pizza, but I felt like $ 16(incl tax) for a 1 topping medium(8 small slices) was kind of a lot. We also requested that it was half pepperoni /half cheese, but only two of the slices came out as cheese only. In my formative stricter vegetarian years, I would have been pissed, but alas, I just picked the pepperoni off — and yes, I’m still alive after probably consuming a little pepperoni grease. They also told gave us a 25 minute pick up time when we called in our order. We got there 30 mins later and still had to wait. Salad bar also looked a little sad, but the place was packed and they were super busy. It probably looks a little fuller earlier on in the night. OK place. Super greasy pizza, but it’s tasty and hits the spot. Given the limited options in Groveland, I’d say go for it.
