Totally forgettable except the rank smell in the elevator– what IS that?
The place was nearly empty when we stayed, which seems odd for a Saturday night.

Not great, but not bad. I checked in a bit late and when I asked for an upgrade I was told none were available. When I looked online I could certainly have booked a suite, but as a Platinum Ambassador level with IHG I typically get the upgrades — the front desk clerk on Tuesday night acted like she checked, but I’ve stayed literally over a 1000 nights with IHG in my years of travel, and it takes more than three seconds to see if there’s anything available.
This morning was a totally different experience… everyone was so nice and helpful. Thank you for an almost 5 star stay. It may have redeemed me staying here again when in town for work.

The pros: All the basics plus a full hot breakfast at an economical price. Great location. Small indoor pool. Small fitness center. Free Wi-​Fi. AMC (so I could watch Breaking Bad, yay!)
The cons: paper-​thin walls. Kinda musty smell in the rooms. AC didn’t work well; room was always warm and humid. Dirty chair — I always put down a towel before sitting on hotel chairs anyway.

We had the presidential suite, very spacious and suited our needs perfectly. The rooms were clean and the staff were pleasant and helpful! Lee, specifically, went out of his way to make sure our stay was nice!
The breakfast food was good and plentiful, the biscuits and gravy were really good! Went back for seconds!
The pool was clean as was the work out room!
Overall a very good experience!
