Good is pretty good. Cooks are entertaining. It’s not the best jap steak house I have ever been too. But I really have no complaints.

Their sushi and entrée’s are just delicious! I don’t think the mixed drinks are good at though. Overall, the service was decent and professional.

Fusion is my go-to Japanese Steakhouse. Their hibachi lunch consists of two meats, veggies, fried rice, soup, and salad for under $ 15. It’s always a good show and the food is delicious. There really isn’t much to say. If you’re in Grove City and in the mood for hibachi, check it out. You will not be disappointed.

We went to Fusion after purchasing a Groupon. Without the Groupon, we probably wouldn’t have ever tried this restaurant. Needless to say, the entire experience was terrible and this will be our last visit for sure. Let’s start with the service. We immediately got seated with 4 others at the Hibachi grill. Two gentlemen that we were seated with were still waiting for two friends of theirs, but insisted that the chef could get started. However, the waitress and chef decided to cook and serve for another table that were seated after us, until the remainder of the other party arrived to our table. There were only two chefs cooking the night we came, and we were forced to wait 45 minutes until the chef came to our table. The chef finally arrived and started cooking for us. This was a typical Hibachi grill show. The chef did a trick and bounced an egg on his flipper, and then flipped the egg into his pocket. He did a great job doing his tricks, however his cooking wasn’t as impressive. The chef started with the fried rice, which was drained with a half bottle of soy sauce and was piled with salt. Even though my wife ordered noodles, the chef still served the fried rice to her and never made her the noodles that she had ordered. Not unexpectedly, the fried rice only had the taste of soy sauce and salt. I had ordered steak and scallops, while my wife ordered shrimp and chicken. The chef put nothing on any of this except salt and soy sauce, so everything was extremely salty and had no taste other than soy sauce, just like the fried rice. Unless you really like salty food or the taste of soy sauce, I would not recommend this restaurant to you. After finishing our dinners, we noticed that people that had been seated for over an hour still had not been served as the restaurant was terribly understaffed the night that we went. The waitress took about 20 minutes after we had finished our dinner to bring us the bill. After picking up our bill, it took about another 10 minutes for our waitress to bring us our change. The entire visit took 2 hours from getting seated to getting out the door. The meals are also slightly overpriced — the Hibachi grill entrees were mostly in the $ 20 range, slightly above what I would expect to pay for a restaurant of this quality. The food was also served on very cheap feeling plastic dishes and cups that I would expect from a mom and pop restaurant in a small town serving $ 9 entrees, not from a restaurant in Columbus charging twice as much. Overall, this was an extremely poor experience and I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone, unless you absolutely love the taste of salt and soy sauce, and you have hours to waste.

Great sushi! We sat on the non-hibachi side. Friendly & fast service on a Friday night. The crab Rangoons were perfect. The volcano roll was huge and topped with a ton of fresh avocado.

We went to Fusion on a whim last week. We were in the area and were just looking for something different. We stopped in, and after our experience, I will go back again! We just did the restaurant section(they also have a hibachi section) and were very pleased. This is definitely an Americanized Asian(hence the name«fusion»), but it was very reasonably priced and the food was good. We started with the tempura veggies and they were excellent. My husband got the Phở and I got the Eel Bowl. Everything came out quickly and the presentations are beautiful on the plates. My only negative is the tables were a little sticky when we sat down, like they needed to be wiped again, and I’m not a huge fan of the décor. It’s all neon and just a little tacky. But, if they are focusing on the food and not the décor, I can overlook that. ;)

One of my favorites restaurants!!! The food is delicious and has a great costumer service. They prepare the food very quickly and I love the variety of food including sushi, hibachi and traditional appetizers. It is family oriented. I love coming here

This was my second attempt to give it a chance. We won’t be coming back for sure. For the second time in a row I am sick from eating here and the rest of the family isn’t much better. On another note whatever the thicker soy type sauce is is terrible. From what I can tell it has Asian 5 spice in it which reeks of anise. Save yourself a lot of money and go to Dublin to HOJ. The prices are much better and food is far and above better.

The show is the reason to go. One of the better ones in town. Meat and seafood are fresh, but it’s the little things that are lacking. Flavorless egg yolk sauce, watered down yum yum sauce. With the prices, we expected top notch everything. Those little details count. When we declined to gave Saki shot in our mouths, rather than accepting our decision it was questioned.

Had a great time here … decided to try something different and well worth it. My only draw-back is I’m not a fan of ‘communal tables’ … however the theatrics of the chef made it well worth it! The food was sensational, service was great … will go again but perhaps next time with a group of friends large enough to avoid that akward self-introduction to strangers that I’m not a fan of. To those looking for a Stringtown Road venue … avoid the crowds and give this place a try … was well worth it. I’m pretty sure they also have ‘private table’ options as well … so don’t let the communal table thing throw you … I don’t think you’ll be disappointed. The ‘ambience’(did I just use that word???) — or ‘atmosphere’ if you prefer is great!

We love this restaurant! For a long time we were afraid to dine here because of the bad reviews. We have eaten in the hibachi area, sushi bar area and the smaller dining area and no problems ever. The sushi tastes delicious and service is on point. The prices are fair as well. The staff are friendly and the hibachi show is always entertaining and fun! This is exactly what Grove City needed!

Food was delicious, but was greatly overshadowed by the«chef»(cook) who was giving some patrons way too much watered down saki and throwing rice at women’s cleavage. NOTFAMILYFRIENDLYATALL. Waited over 20 minutes for my 2nd beer to come to the table. There were also some mistakes made in the kitchen as the cook had to ask for more items 3 times. As we left there were 2 employees by the door and neither said a word, no bye, have a good night… nothing at all. Pretty much spent. $ 80 for a loud mouth drunk winch to ruin my wife’s bday dinner and the staff praised her behavior.

My wife and 1 yr old boy did the hibachi last night. Our chef, Joe, was AWESOME. We had the samurai special(filet, chicken, and shrimp) and everything was cooked perfectly and had tons of flavor. We requested medium rare and I was very impressed at the chefs ability to get a pretty much perfect doneness on the hibachi while entertaining, telling jokes, and pouring everyone at the table an ass-ton of sake. Yep… Shots… Like poured into one of those little square dipping cups. He poured us at least 7 – 8 over the course of the meal and had 3 different types. The best part? These were apparently included with the meal. We never got charged for any of them! I don’t know if it was because we were a «fun table» or because it was getting towards the end of the night… It was awesome and unexpected nonetheless. Chef Joe was right there with us and did one himself and had a fun, loud, and obnoxious toast every time. And did I mention he was also making us some bomb daddy hibachi goodness while doing this? My wife, bless her heart, stopped after the first sake because… Well, we kinda had our 1 yr old with us. We may be white trash but not irresponsible. Chef joe even made up some scrambled eggs right off the bat for our little man to slam on while he was cooking everything else. What a guy! Go here and bring some cool friends with you.

Took the family here for the kids to enjoy the show. The cook was skilled and charismatic. He did a lot of tricks without dropping anything. He also did a good job of engaging the kids. I thought the music and tossing rice into customers’ mouths was a little cheesy. The serving sizes are plentiful, but the prices are a bit high. My 7 y.o.‘s «kid’s size» shrimp hibachi looked the same as a regular adult sized portion. I had the swordfish which was slightly overcooked, but still enjoyable.

No happy hour specials? Really? Went after work, sat at the sushi bar only to find out they don’t offer specials! And to add to this, their sushi wasn’t anything spectacular, either! Disappointment!

Note, this is for seated dining side only. Not hibachi. My wife & I have eaten here many times and quite enjoy ourselves. Even on busy nights the seated side is quick to seat because everyone waits for hibachi. Since you can order the hibachi dishes at the seated side its the way to go. The servers are friendly, though they can run a little slow if it is very busy. But they always do a good job. The food is great, and the portions are enough that we always get another meal out of it. The atmosphere is really nice too. Clean, relaxed.
