Rude and apathetic. I tried to order several dozen donuts for a party, but they refuse to accommodate me at all. Furthermore, the editor the employee who answered the phone was simply horrendous. Apparently it is beyond their capacity to make donuts at this donut store.

Tried this location a few times as it’s on my way to work and easy to get in and out of, but unfortunately the staff just can’t seem to handle the morning rush. Even just two or three people deep in line takes about 10 minutes. Friendly but just not very efficient, and each time I went they seemed to be either short or «all out» of certain food items.

one of the smaller dunkins i have been in. no bathroom. not a lot of room — i could imagine early rush hour people lined up out the door here. mid-​day it was no big deal though. coffee was predictable as is all DD brew. this one had single serve pods for sale, and hopefully Dunkin Donuts starts selling them all over because i have a pod brewer at home!
