Coffee coffee coffee. This is a great dunks. It hires a lot of high school students and I think that is fair. The kids work really hard, especially in the am, long lines

Tom(down below) couldn’t have said it any better… I’ve never had to be more specific when it comes to ordering a coffee because if I’m not, it tastes disgusting! I’d rather go behind the counter and make it myself…

I cruise through the drive-up on at least three out of five weekday mornings a week, around 6:45AM, for a coffee and breakfast sandwich. I can’t recall ever having any issue with their service. In fact, I’m usually pretty darned amazed that the young women and men who work the window are smiling and cheerful at that hour especially when it’s freezing outdoors(will the owner PLEASE install an overhead radiant heater for the window staff, PLEASE!)! As far as the food quality… gimme a break, it’s Dunkin Donuts! You want good taste and healthy? Make it yourself at home fer cry-eye!

My fiancé loves DD so we go here however it’s slow if you go inside and the parking is impossible as well as the drive thru lane pattern being bizarre. I prefer the one at the Gulf Station in Dunstable on 113.

I work down the road from this location so that‘s the only reason why I go there. There coffee is horrible as well as there breakfast sandwiches. tThe staff is made up of kids that do not care at all about there job. So if you want bad coffee, horrible service and a shitty sandwich. This is the plase for you.

I totally agree with«Miss K.» I went there EVERYDAY for a year, and they have now lost my business. I wrote to the franchise owner to complain about iced coffee with NO flavor. The area manager emailed me back and said I should call HER to discuss the problem. Hello? Sorry, I do NOT call her — VERY bad move on their part. One or two of the window personnel«get it» that there are consistent problems, and they sort of roll their eyes at the impossibility of the situation. I have heard, but cannot say for absolutely sure, that when franchisees can buy Dunkin’ Donuts coffee, they have more than one selection for the quality of the beans. If this IS true, the franchisee is obviously choosing the least-expensive beans… YET the price is(was) increased fairly regularly last year. As for the kids: kids can do a fine job, but they MUST be trained!!! Again, management is responsible for that. I now drive 5+ miles each day to get my iced coffee from McDonald’s on Amherst Street… their coffee is EXCELLENT. The only problem is getting the clerks to put in ONE cream and ONE sugar, not a whole pint of cream and a cup of sugar(exaggerating, but you get what I mean).

I’ll never go again! When word spread through our tiny town that we were getting a dunkins people were thrilled with the idea(except the old people who were pissy about the location and drive through permissions of course). The place has been open a couple years now and theres only 2 words that can describe it… ITSUCKSSSSSSS The staff is a bunch of young kids who could give a shit what you order or how you want your coffee. No matter what flavor shot you ask for it taste like blueberry, they can’t understand the concept of putting an ice coffee in a hot cup instead of a plastic cup, donuts and bagels have sat around all day. Need I go on? Good thing for other locations close by because this place is a joke!
