Pretty sure they straight up lied to us about oven being broken so nobody could order breakfast sandwiches. To be fair, 45 people showed up the morning prior & ordered, so it was total chaos for the 3 – 4 people working. Partially understandably/partially absurdly long wait for said sandwiches.

Poor service cashier screwed up our order didn’t know what we ordered. Most other dunkin donuts are great but this one doesn’t strike me in the service department. I will never order my coffee at this store again

So after almost 4 years of being in the area and having at least one coffee there several times a week, I can confidently say that this location has the best coffee. I’m guessing that it’s probably due to the fact that during the morning hours, there are always super fresh pots due to the high traffic. That being said, one of the things I’ve noticed is sometimes the service has declined on occasional days. I’ve ended up with wrong donuts, wrong sandwich, or, on one already terrible day, the wrong coffee three times. I will say that the days where I had things go wrong were the days when there were new faces on the drive-thru or at the counter. The regulars(and you know who they are) there are pretty much always on top of their game, both in speed and customer satisfaction. So in summary: Best coffee, great employees, be wary of new faces.

An extremely busy location but they still maintain friendly and quick service. Donuts and coffee are fresh and always tasty.

This location has very polite staff, quick service and good quality coffee and breakfast sandwiches. I have only ever been out here during soccer tournament weekends taking place a Fort Devens, so if you see a bunch of minivans and parents in town, know that this location will be packed for sure. That being said, they still do an awesome job of keeping orders straight and being patient with the influx.
